Pokemon:

Umbreon: you have had Umbreon since you first started traveling you have had it since it was an eevee

Zozoark: you first met Zozoark when it was an Zorua it was hurt and alone so you helped it you soon became good friends when it was healed you tried to say goodbye with it but it didn't want you to leave and basically asked to be one of your pokemon now you and Zozoark are good friends along with all of your pokemon

Noibat: Noibat is still in its egg your taking care of it your mother gave you the egg when her Noivern layed it you hold it in a little pouch (you know like how parents have a little pouch where they hold their baby on their chest that's what you have but for the egg)

Charizard: when you first met there was a rock slide (this happened when Umbreon was still an Eevee) you and Umbreon got caught in it when you fell down the cliff you landed right next to a cave you made your way into the cave but when you enter the cave you found a Charmander hiding out from the rain you made your way to sit next to it and built a fire to keep you all warm you and Charmander string bonded after that so you added him to your team (you also when you're fighting you call out Charizard and have him hold the Noibat egg) :3

Mother: alive (your mother is a world famous Pokemon trainer and breeder she is won the pokemon league three times and she is also famous for breeding amazing Pokemon)
