"Sorry? Why would he be sorry?" Yibo asked nonchalantly but his ears perked up when he heard Xiao Zhan's name from his friends.

"Well..." Yixuan thought about what they were talking about.

flashback

"That I'm really sorry. I know he probably hates me by now so don't bother telling him about how I feel." Xiao Zhan looked into Yixuan's eyes pleadingly.

"I beg you. Please, take care of him while I try to get rid of this feeling. It won't be long, it's not the first time I've done it" he bitterly chuckled.

"And, Seungyoun.." he turned to Seungyoun and smiled,
"I know you're probably disgusted with me being gay.. I understand... You're not the only one who feel that way so don't-"

"Sorry but you're wrong." Seungyoun cut him off.

"I don't find you disgusting. Not at all. Plus, I'm currently dating a guy too, so I can't really say that I find myself disgusting because my boyfriend is a wonderful person. You probably feel the same thing about Yibo so I just don't understand about one thing." He looked at Xiao Zhan with a serious expression.

"Why would you give up on your feelings?"

"I... I don't want to do so either... But I have to." Xiao Zhan sat down.

"And why is that? I can't seem to understand why would you give up if you really like him." Seungyoun tried to suppress his anger but everyone in the room could tell that he's pissed.

"Well, let's imagine that you and your boyfriend are in my situation. What if, one morning you wake up and you see your boyfriend's disgusted expression because he thought you guys slept together. What would you do?" Xiao Zhan spoke in a calm and composed manner.

"He wouldn't do that! He's my boyfriend and he loves me! Why would he-"

"Exactly. Why would someone be disgusted with you if they really like you?"

"But!" Sungjoo exclaimed. "You might be wrong! Maybe Yibo wasn't disgusted at all! He must've been confused-"

"And I don't want to confuse him any further. Don't you think it's necessary?" Xiao Zhan softly said.

"..." The room became silent.

"Now go. Your friend might need you guys." Xiao Zhan patted Wenhan's shoulder.

Wenhan nodded and dragged the other three out. Before closing the door, he turned to Xiao Zhan with a soft expression.

"Sorry, for disturbing you. You might need some time alone. But, just so you know, we're not giving up yet. Not until we make sure Yibo doesn't have any feeling for you. So we will disturb your peace even more."

"Enjoy," he said before slamming the door shut.

"Just for.... Things...." Yixuan just couldn't find the right sentence to explain. They promised not to tell Yibo about what Xiao Zhan said. He felt bad for Xiao Zhan so he decided to keep his promise.

Seungyoun stared at Yixuan in disbelief.
"Are we seriously doing this?"
Sungjoo and Wenhan blinked their eyes rapidly, trying to figure out what's going on.
Yixuan widened his eyes and gritted his teeth, "Seungyoun, shut up-"
"No, I'm not shutting up. I'm already pissed because you guys tried to do shits behind my back and now you're trying to make another silly mistake??? Hell no, I'm not gonna watch a whole drama of 'I like him, but he doesn't like me' IN REAL FREAKING LIFE."

"AND YOU." Yibo felt his heart skipped a beat from the shock. "M-me? Wh-what about me?"

Seungyoun pulled his hair out of frustration.
"Don't pull out the 'omg, i like him but i actually don't tho, yeah i don't like him' with me, you brat."

Yibo looked at the other three and mouthed, 'What the hell did you guys do?' And they all lifelessly shook their heads. Yibo gulped in fear, it's been awhile since Seungyoun snapped like this.

"I- I don't understand what's going on, hyung."

Seungyoun sighed. He cupped Yibo's cheeks and made him look into his eyes.
"Listen, I'm gonna give you one last chance or I'm going to explode right here." Yibo nodded with his head still in the older guy's hands.

"Do you like Xiao Zhan?"

'Huhhhh??????' He glanced at the remaining members and asked with his eyes, 'how should I answer this?'

His friends looked at each other before acting like they didn't get Yibo's question.

"Answer me."

"Hm... I don't?"

"Oh really? Well, then why do you look so miserable?" Yibo tilted his head in confused manner.

"You look like you just cried."

'Shoot' Yibo thought. 'Is it that obvious?'

Yibo looked down, not daring to look in Seungyoun's eyes. This guy can read everyone like he has some kind of superpower.

"I know what you're thinking. I know exactly how it feels. But you have to accept it, Yibo." Seungyoun finally freed Yibo from his grasp.

Yibo fell silent and his friends felt sorry for him.

"I... I'm not sure what's this feeling." After a while, Yibo spoke.
"One thing for sure is that, it hurts, hyung. It hurts really bad."

Xiao Zhan's words could still be heard in his mind.

Nothing happened last night! It was just a silly mistake!

I wouldn't lay my hands on him if I wasn't drunk!

"Do I annoy him that much? Even after how I decided to be there for him and opened up to him? Am I that gross?" Yibo's swollen eyes became wet again.

Seungyoun, somehow proud with him being honest, engulfed Yibo in his warm embrace.

"I'm sorry that it happened to you."

Sniffles and sobs were heard as the other three watched in awe.

"A-Are we supposed to cry here?"

"M-Maybe?"

"Ulgo shipji anha-" Wenhan shut his mouth when he felt their eyes on him.

"I'm just a cultured person..."

"Anyway, since you guys left me out of your previous awful plans, now I'm going to be the one to decide everything you shitheads do." Seungyoun declared, ignoring Yibo's question about "What previous plans?".

Yixuan, Sungjoo and Wenhan nodded obediently in unison.

Seungyoun smiled, "So the first plan is..."

but i need to say that im truly sorry. even tho i sometimes visit this app, it's been a long time since i write anything (unless u include the essays I've wrote and sent to my teacher but she ignored them) so my writing style is quite rusty.
