chapter 4 Potion class part 2

Y/N POV

After a while I get out of my thoughts. my eyes were locked on my potion book as 

i see a pair of fingers snap in-front  of my eyes. 

I look up to see Hermione. 

"why didn't you tell me?" she snaps

"didn't tell you what?" I say

"that your attracted to George?"

i blush and try to get words out of my mouth but all that comes out is

"i ehm uhhh"

"Hey I'm not angry I just want you to know that you can tell me everything."

I just nod my head in response. and out secret is safe with me.

I nod quickly in response. 

"Mr.Malfoy can't you tell us what you smell?" Snape snaps.

My eyes quickly got locked on Malfoy.

Malfoy took a death breath and swallowed hard before nodding his head in response. 

His nose travelled further down in the cauldron and sniffed a deep breath to get the scent of the potion. He's eyes travelled around the people standing around and then locked his eyes  at me as his eyes widen up. 

"Well?" Snape asks

"i smell roses and a scent of vanilla"

Draco snaps and quickly turns his eyes away from me.

I could hear girls around me  whisper about who it might be.

 I thought about it for a moment and then feel a tap on my shoulder and I look around to see Fred. 

"who did you smell?" he asks sounding a little nervous

I can't tell him I smelled his brother! he would definitely tell George. 

"um Im not sure but I have my thoughts" I lied

"and you?"

"as if I was supposed to tell you who I smelled?!" he says, then leans down to my ear and whisper "I smelled Angelina"

"okay" I say smiling as he walked away.

"okay take a seat on your places again" Snape says

I took a seat next to Blaise 

I feel a tap on my shoulder and thought it was Fred but when I look around I see Malfoy sitting near my back. 

"YES?" I ask

"who did you smell?" he asks 

"that's none of your business!" I snap

"come on Wood your secret will be safe with me!"

"No I'm not telling you" I said

he rolled his eyes and I turned my attention to the front of the classroom. 

"that's it for today" Snape says

I packed my things and stormed out of the classroom and made my way  to the Gryffindor common room. 

I could see Oliver talking with Katie Bell. 

"hey" I said 

"oh hey Y/N" Katie says smiling 

Katie is a really nice girl and I know Oliver has a crush on her so I decided to let them be alone so he could shoot is shot. 

Oliver gives me a look with his eyes, it mended "Merlin get out of here"

i smiled  and made my way to my dorm to leave my books.
