Next morning, Kavin woke up when the sunrays fell over his face through the window of his room. He smiled and the first thing he wanted to do was to see his wife's pretty face. He turned around with a smile, his smile faded when he didn't find her beside him. He sat on the bed and looked around.
"Purvi..."...He called out while getting down from the bed.
He walked out of the room into the balcony but he couldn't find her there. He again walked inside his room.
"Purvi...Kahan ho tum?"...He called out again but now in a worried tone.
He peeped inside the bathroom but she was not there also.
"Kahan hai ye ladki..."...He murmured in worry while sitting on the bed.
He got up from the bed.
"Shayad maa ke saath ho..."...He said to himself and turned around to walk out of his room.
He stopped in the way when his gaze fell on his notepad. He picked that up and read whatever was written on that...
Kavinji,
I am sorry, maine anjaane mein hi sahi magar aapke pyaar ko dhokha diya Suyash par bharosa karke. Main nahin pehchaan paayi aapko, main nahin jaan paayi ki aap mere pati hain. Mujhe maaf kar dijiyega. Main aapse door jaa rahi hoon, bahut door, kyunki main nahin samajhti ki main aapke pyaar ke kaabil hoon.
Purvi.
Kavin didn't give any reaction after reading the letter, he directly went in the hall with it. He saw ACP Pradyuman and Nakul sitting with Kishore, they have come to meet Purvi.
"Good morning Kavin"...Nakul wished with a smile when his gaze fell on him.
Kavin looked at him but didn't reply, Nakul found it strange.
"Kya hua yaar?"...He asked in confusion.
Kavin gave him the letter instead of replying. Nakul took it and looked at him with puzzled expressions, then he looked at the letter and read it. He was shocked after reading it, ACP Pradyuman and Kishore noticed that.
"Kya hua beta?"...ACP Pradyuman asked him.
Nakul didn't reply him, ACP Pradyuman took the letter from his hands and read that with Kishore. They both became shocked after reading it.
"Kavin beta Purvi thik hai abhi?"...Kanchan asked while moving out of the kitchen with tea and breakfast.
She kept the tray of tea and breakfast on the table and looked at Kavin for his reply. Kavin looked at her but didn't say anything, she became confused with his behaviour. She looked at Kishore and gestured him to ask what happened to Kavin, he gave her the letter in spite of replying. She took that in confusion and read that out.
"Purvi ye shehar chhod kar jaa rahi hai"...She mumbled in utter shock.
Kishore looked at her but didn't say anything.
"Pata nahin kya hoga is ladki ka...Are ek baar Kavin se baat to kar li hoti"...Nakul murmured in anger.
"Nakul abhi ye sab bolkar koi fayda nahin hai...Tum ek kaam karo, call karo use"...ACP Pradyuman said while giving him his cell phone.
Nakul nodded and took the cell phone.
"Nakul use call karne ki koi zaroorat nahin hai"...Kavin said while taking the cell phone from him and returning it to ACP Pradyuman.
