The Light Behind Your Eyes (MCR Fan Fic)

Chapter 1

"Arg! I can't do this if I can't even read it!" I said and heard my step dad call from the kitchen,

"Just keep trying, it'll get easier honey"

"Sure it will" I muttered to myself and threw my English homework on the ground. Then I got up, grabbed my skateboard and bass, and left for the park.

As I ran out into the cool twilight, I dropped board and started to ride to the park. My head hurt from all the strain I had been putting on it, or at least that's what the doctor said when I went in to see why I was getting massive headaches.

I still couldn't believe it, "dyslexia..." I thought to myself. I had memorized almost all the words of the twenty different pamphlets they had been Giving me all week.

"Dyslexia, a different way of Reading... or, How to tell your friends and family about your dyslexia..." to me it was a bunch of bull crap. I don't need some "therapist" coming into my life and-

My thought was interrupted when I collied head first with a man."Ouch! Watch where you're going!" I shouted angrily at whoever I ran into.

"Oh, I'm sooooo sorry. I didn't mean to break your skateboard!" The man told me.

"What? You broke my board?!?" I looked frantically around in the dark looking for my skateboard. Then I saw it, sitting In the grass in 3 different pieces.

When I finally got over the shock that my skateboard had been broken, I noticed that the man who broke my baby, had bright red hair. He looked about 5'7'' and looked even smaller in his puffy coat. I must have still had my mouth open because the man said,

"Are you okay? You look like you-"

"You're Gerard Way!" I cut him off. Gerard Way, the lead singer of My Chemical Romance, a band that has saved my life more times than I can count, was literally standing less then five feet away from me. And I was completely speechless...

SORRY ABOUT THE WEIRD SPACING, I'M JUST TO LAZY TO GO IN AND CHANGE IT. SO YOU LIKE MY STORY SO FAR? FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO DON'T KNOW, THIS IS A VERSION OF ANOTHER STORY I WROTE CALLED "A DIFFERENT KIND OF PERFECT" I STOPPED THE STORY AFTER THE SECOND CHAPTER BECAUSE I DIDN'T LIKE WHERE I WAS GOING WITH IT.  ID REALLY LIKE IT IF YOU GUYS COMMENT AND VOTE!
