Chapter 4 ~ Depression

~3rd person POV~

As soon as Y/N arrived home she locked herself in her room without a single word to her parents she just slammed and locked the door looking up at the ceiling, she didn't know what this feeling was, she was always so happy, but in this moment she was filled with anger and sadness she wanted to cry and scream at the same time, she wanted to run away but also couldn't be bothered to move from her spot off the bed, Y/Ns mum came up the stairs after hearing her daughters door slam, she knocked before asking if everything was ok, however Y/N didn't answer she just sat there in silence as her mum told her that she was always there for Y/N no matter what only to be answered with more silence, she figured Y/N would come out for dinner later and could ask her what's up then but as time passed and dinner arrived Y/N still hadn't came down for dinner, the only answer her mum got was a quite "I'm not hungry".

Y/Ns voice was crackly and quiet, it was obvious she had been crying and Y/Ns mum had no idea why until she got a call from Mitsuki (Bakugos mum) telling her what had happened and that Bakugo was in a coma, Y/Ns mum instantly understood why Y/N was so upset now and thought it would be best to give her some space.

It had been a  week since Bakugo was put into a coma and Y/N had been receiving little gifts, she didn't know who from but it was weird that they were some of her favourite things that no one other than Bakugo knew about, it creeped her out and just made her more upset, Y/N hadn't really left her room, only to go see Bakugo in hospital or grab some water and a light snack like biscuits, Y/N hadn't been to school or replied to anyone in class who tried to message her, her mum was also in incredibly worried, Y/Ns mum went to the doctors to ask what was wrong and they said there was only one clear answer Y/N was depressed,  Y/Ns mum didn't know how to feel, her baby was depressed and she had no idea how to make her feel better, that's when she knew she had to talk to her, she couldn't let her rot away in her room like this, so as soon as she got home she went straight to Y/Ns room and told her to shower cause they were going to go out shopping together, however Y/N just told her to go on her own as she didn't want to leave the house, Y/Ns mum sighed in defeat this plan to get her daughter to leave wasn't going to work so she tried to come up with a new one, she called the parents of the others in 1A and asked if their kids could come around to try cheer up Y/N, they all agreed and the class had been extremely worried  about Y/N and they planned for them to come over the next day, so Y/Ns mum went out to buy snacks for tomorrow, and when she got home she told her that her friends would be visiting her tomorrow the only reply she got was a small grunt so she knew Y/N had heard her. 

The next day comes around and most of the class are here, Y/Ns mum shouted for her saying that her friends were here, she let out a sigh of relief after hearing the door open and close but the relief instantly turned to worry when she saw her daughter coming down the stairs, she looked unrecognisable daughter had a tear stained face, she was very thin you could see her ribs and her hair was a mess and put up into a ponytail that looked extremely messy, it was clear she wasn't showering or taking care of herself, she looked so fragile almost like she would snap in half if the wind blew, she also had bags under her eyes and she wasn't sleeping, everyone was worried, no one had seen Y/N like this before she was always so happy but it was clear she hadn't smiled in a while, her eyes looked like they had no emotions left in them, they where dull and lost the brightness they used to hold, it broke everyone's hearts seeing her like this so they made it their mission to cheer her up. 

The girls took her upstairs to shower and get her changed whilst the boys set up some food downstairs so she could eat, the girls put her in the shower and 15 minuets later Y/N came out, she looked a bit better already now that she had cleaned herself up, the girl sat her down in front of the mirror and got started on her, Momo shouted for Aoyama to come upstairs and asked him so style Y/Ns hair, said something in French followed by a yes, and then got to work whilst Mina started on her makeup, whilst Mina and Aoyama were busy Momo and Jiro picked out an outfit, they chose a short sleeved black t-shirt with skeleton hands covering the breasts, a long sleeved red flannel shirt that was left unbuttoned, she also had some black ripped jeans and black heel boots, for accessories she had a rose gold necklace that had a rose on it and some gold hoop earrings, her makeup was very natural she only had some mascara and eyeliner on with a little bit of lip gloss and her hair was curled and put up into a half up half down style.

Y/N looked into the mirror and felt a little bit better, she looked so much better already, as she walked downstairs with the girls and Aoyama she saw the table full of crisps, biscuits, sandwiches and some cupcakes for everyone to enjoy, for the first time in a week Y/N was happy and laughing she actually felt confident like she had before, everyone felt happier seeing Y/N smile and enjoy herself and they where glad they could help her out, Uraraka then suggest going out shopping and everyone agreed so they all went to the shopping centre to go to Primark, New look, Lush, sports direct, and a few others, they eventually ended up at McDonalds to finish off the day, little had they all known Dabi had been following them around all day extremely jealous that they had managed to cheer up his love so quickly when he had been sending gifts all week and it had no affect on her, "why wasn't she appreciating what he had been doing for her? Why was she being so ungrateful?"
he thought as he watched her, he didn't understand why she wouldn't smile for him, was it cause she hadn't met him yet? Maybe he should introduce himself to her soon so she could fall in love witch him just as he had with her, and so he set his plan in motion, get Y/N to fall for him.....
