That Mortal Woman Is His

|•Chapter 8•|

Mo Yuan stilled at her questions. For a couple of minutes he forgot that she was a mortal and she was lost in their realm. That, he don't know why.

"I'll help you get out of here for the next three days. Give me time to recuperate"

"Uhmm.. Would you mind if I ask you something?"

"Go ahead"

"What are you recuperating for? As far as I can see you're perfectly healthy. You don't seem too weak compared when I first saw you. Do you have some wierd disease or something?"

Mo Yuan knew she doesn't have any idea what he's talking about. He didn't know if he should explain it to her or just let it go as she was about to come home for a few days. He chose the latter.

"It's too long to explain. Don't worry I'll make sure you can go home."

He assured her and she thanked him for his kindness. Mo Yuan knew he didn't need to eat as he was a God but in his current condition he needed to conserve his energy and to get back at his Mountain as fast as he could.

He don't want to alert the nine Heavens in his sudden disappearance. As it's only been two days his disciples must be waiting for him silently as of now.

His thoughts lingered to the woman infront of him. He knew she had a lot of questions but seeing as how quiet she was her self control was really high.

His eyes darted to the creamy parted line in the middle of her two breasts. Her outfit didn't leave any for him to imagine what's underneath. He didn't know how to tell her and his mouth won't even open.

He has been to many mortal realms and he knew that they dressed almost the same with immortals that's why he's been wondering if there has been a change in the mortal realm that he don't know about.

His eyes came down looking to his food as it was almost gone. The taste was new to him and it was really tasty. "Do you want more?" Arl asked him and he nodded . She put a lot of noodles in his bowl and put the rest in hers. He eat quietly and finished fast.

After their breakfast session Mo Yuan have been recuperating for the last hours. It was noon time and he checked his spiritual powers. He didn't use any magic and his powers were coming back fast it was already at 30 percent. He was glad as it will only take a night and half a day before all the poison will be out in his body.

Three days passed by in a flash. His  spiritual powers was now on its highest level and the poison was now gone. He immediately sent a message to Kunlun Mountain signaling that he was fine and he will be back in a day or two. He promised this little woman that he'll let her go back to her world .

They are now walking outside the cave and will be heading to the mortal realm. In the last three days he tried to convince her that she was not in the mortal realm and that he was the God of War. It was just until today that she really believed him when he sent a message directly to his mountain.

The little mortal woman was infact amazed and would love to see his powers and today was the perfect timing as his powers were now stable and he was out of danger. He also told her why he needed to meditate and thankfully she didn't need further explanation as she believed him.

For a woman that was alone in an unknown place she really believe and trusts so easily , Mo Yuan thought. They cloud jumped to the mortal realm and headed to a secluded place where they wouldn't be seen.

Arl was now wearing a jacket and a pair of leggings as Mo Yuan explained to her that immortal women wear clothes that were not revealing and rather conservative. As she was indeed on their land she tried to wear more clothes but it was so uncomfortable to her as she wasn't used to  it unless it's really cold or winter.

Mo Yuan held her luggage and she was on his side when they cloud jumped . She hugged him as they were floating in the middle of the sky and she was afraid to fall. She didn't mind that he told her to stay away for the last three days as she really didn't want to die from falling at such a high place.

When they reached their destination she quickly let him go and fixed her self. She looked around and noticed that it wasn't the world she was living in. Her surroundings was full of old houses made of wood and it looks really worn out.

"Mo Yuan this is not where I live. Maybe you can try to go on the other places?"

She knew that there are hundreds of thousands of mortal realm and according to her explanation a while ago she was living in a place where there are buildings and big houses.

Mo Yuan thought that this was her definition of big but it looks like he misunderstood her. Out of her description and explanation yesterday he didn't get any idea at all. He didn't visit any mortal realm that looks like that and it was really hard to find if there are some as most of the mortal realms just look the same but different dynasty's.

They stopped by at a local restaurant as Arl was hungry. Their whole morning was just jumping and moving from realm to realm. They explored atleast 50 mortal realms but none of it were her home.

The place that Arl described and it's name was unfamiliar to him that's why he brought her to the realms that he haven't visited before and it's just a few hundred realms as he almost explored everything as he hunted demons from mortal realms often when he was younger.

He wasn't sure what to do as the place that Arl came from wasn't from one of those realms. When that happens he didn't know where she should go. Mo Yuan tried to think positive as he shouldn't care about a mortal he knew that she'll eventually go home and he'll erase her memories of what happened as it was the rules of the heaven.

They finished eating and traveled again. Mo Yuan didn't use much of his cultivation as they were cloud jumping anyway. Therefore he wasn't tired but the woman was.

He tried to be considerate and asked her to just sleep tonight in one of the inn in the mortal realm and she agreed.

As they were walking towards the inn. He noticed that she was now anxious and her eyes were watery. He tried his best to console her.

"Don't lose hope Arl we haven't search a hundred mortal realms yet maybe you can find your home there "

He tried to sound nice and compassionate as he didn't want her to fell dejected. He was thinking what this ay next when she suddenly told him something that he didn't expect to hear.

"Mo Yuan I - I think I don't belong here. I think I came from a different time."
