T/W attempted murder, threatening, probably other stuff that I can't think of, just please read with caution.

Queen Eliza was reading in the library when one of her servants, Alexander, knocked a book off of a shelf. The shelf was so high up that the book would have killed the queen. Luckily, it didn't hit her, but it was very close to hitting her.

"Oh, I do apologize, Your Highness," Alexander told her.

"Do you? This is the third time this week you have nearly killed me . . . I am beginning to think it is not a coincidence," Eliza said.

"I am loyal to the crown, Your Majesty," Alexander insisted.

"Yes, you are certainly loyal to the crown, just not the one wearing it," Eliza agreed. "Now," Eliza's cool cover faded away, "who's crown are you loyal to?"

"I-i do not know what you are talking about, Your Majesty," Alexander insisted.

"I am sure you do not," she grabbed the ring that Alexander was wearing and flicked the top off.

"Poison. Typical," she put the top back on. "Let me ask you again: who are you loyal to?"

"I did not know that there was poison in there," Alexander lied.

"Are you sure? Almost killing me three times is incriminating enough, but the poison? I could charge you with treason because of that. You act like I am a nϊave fool, but I know exactly what is going on. Whoever sent you believes that Peggy would make a weak ruler, a that they would be able to overthrow her. But, before Peggy can become queen, I would have to die, so you are trying to remove me from the picture. I hope you know that this plan of yours will never work, not only because I have caught onto it. But, because Peggy is strong then you will ever know. In most ways, she is very kindhearted, but everyone forgets that she is in charge of the prison system for a reason. If you kill me or even attempt to kill me like you just did, she will have no hesitation in killing you. But, if you tell me who sent you, I will make sure she does not hurt you."

At this point, Alexander stood in horror. He had never known how powerful the royal family was in Eliza's kingdom, "Fine, King Washington sent me."

"King Washington," she tried to remember everything she had learned about his kingdom. "He does not have very many guards on the east border." she then remembered that King Washington's assassin was still there. "I cannot let you run back to Washington and let him know my plans. But, I cannot put you in a jail cell because then Peggy will find out. Guards, please give him his own room and do not let him leave."

The guards took Alexander away, leaving the queen to plan her attack.
