"Ugh! Ahhhhhh! H-Huh?"

Yukio woke up in his dorm room, the sunlight shined into his room through the window.

"Hah...w-what just happened? W-Why am I here? I thought I was gonna..."

Yukio jumped when his alarm clock went off, he quickly turned it off, and looked around his room.

I'm back in my room? How did I get here? Wasn't I inside that old building a few moments ago? No, I was in that weird classroom before...

Yukio started questioning what had happened to him back there. He remembered his heart getting stabbed, he remembered his hands being covered in blood, and he remembered the girl's voice right before he died.

That voice, who was that? Was she the one who stabbed my heart? Where is she now?

Yukio felt angry that he was attacked out of nowhere like that. He hated the pain he experienced, just thinking about it made him shiver. A lot of questions were going through his head.

How am I back in my room? Didn't I die? Am I dead? Am I in some kind of purgatory? What even happened back there?

"HOW AM I NOT DEAD?!"

That was the first and only question on the top of his head that he needed to know the answer to.

Yukio lifted up his shirt, and saw that there wasn't a single mark on his chest. It was as if he wasn't attacked at all.

"What the actual hell is going on?"

Yukio snapped back to reality when he heard his school bell ringing.

"Crap, it's that late again?"

Yukio put his uniform on, and as he was getting his stuff, he realized something.

"Shoot, I left my phone in the old building!"

Yukio felt scared of going back to that building, but he had to go there as soon as he got to school. He opened the door, and saw a few students still leaving their dorms.

Alright, at this rate, I'm still gonna be pretty early.

He headed towards school, at a moderately fast walking speed. As soon as he spotted the same shrine from before, he experienced something that gave him major deja vu.

"Ah! My apologies, mister. Are you ok?" It was the same girl as before, and she ran into him again.

"Ow, yeah. I'm fine. Wait, aren't you-"

"Oh, I apologize again, mister. I have to be at the shrine."

The girl suddenly went around the corner, leading towards the shrine. Yukio could've sworn that it was the same little girl, but it was as though she wanted to avoid him. Looking back at the shrine, he continued heading towards his school. He didn't realize that the little girl was hiding around the corner.

"So it has already begun." She said to herself.

As Yukio arrived at his school, he saw students everywhere on the campus.

Alright, now I've got plenty of time to check out that damn place.

He started heading toward the old building, but he froze as soon as he got to the front entrance.

I-I'm not scared, right? Come on, me. I've already come this far.

Yukio entered the old building, and started shaking as he walked around the halls of the first floor.

"Where is my phone?"

He did drop it in the hallway of the first floor, but he couldn't find it in the entire building. He started to give up, until he felt another case of deja vu.
