Knot Him Up

Part 3

Izuku woke up and felt like his whole body was filled with rocks. He sat on the bed and felt his ankles tightly gripped by something cold. He saw chains locked on his feet connected to the bed frame. Izuku wasn't shocked, Shoto has done this multiple times and would easily get him out of it after a day or so. The door opened and Shoto came in holding a food tray that obviously has food in it. Izuku was silent while Shoto fed him as he planted small kisses after every food Izuku eats. After a good 5 minutes, Izuku's eye got wide and immediately jumped to Shoto.
"Is Kazumi okay?"

Shoto chuckled and wiped Izuku's mouth saying "She's at your parents' house, I can't stand to see her right now. You understand right?" Izuku knows that his pup was nowhere hear his parents' place. Whenever Shoto separates them, Kazumi would always be sent to their vacation house and be taken care by special maids.
"Well can I see her?" Izuku said forcing a smile.
"Baby, today is going to be about us now stop worrying about her and concentrate on me"
Shoto sounded serious. Izuku is not on the place to be making demands now that her pup could be involved in great danger. "Sorry Sho, I'll make sure to give you all my love today"
"Good Omega"
"Then can you remove these restraints? My ankles hurt and I can't be with you when I'm all tied up like this"
"Promise you won't leave?"
"...... promise "

Shoto removed Izuku's locks and kissed him before leaving the house. Izuku went to the living room and was greeted by maids and bussinessmen roaming around their mansion. He went to call his parents to ask if Kazumi was with them and as expected, Kazumi was not there. Izuku took a deep breath befor telling all the people in his house to not tell Shoto he was going to see Kazumi.

A few days later Shoto recently found out Izuku went to see his pup even after Shoto told him not to. That caused him to rage knowing that his omega doesn't obey him and he couldn't control Izuku. He slapped Izuku so hard the omega fell to the ground. Shoto pulled up his collar making him stand up and threw him at the bed. Izuku was not that beat up chill. Shoto then pinned Izuku and grew out his fangs to bite Izuku but the omega punched him before he did anything. "You're sick and I wish I never married you!" Shoto glared at that statement before lifting a fist getting ready to punch Izuku who squirmed waiting for the attack. "I was your savior remember that! I picked you up even if your alpha left after leaving a pup in your stomach! I saved you! You would be nothing without me!" Shoto shouted continuously at Izuku before he spat back. "Do you know why you married me? Because you can't make a pup!"
"Shut up!"
"You're sick head and mental brain can't make anyone pregnant because no one would want to marry a sick man like you!"
"Shut up!"
"You blackmailed me into marrying you! You sick SON OF A BITCH!!"
"SHUT UP!" shouted Shoto before punching Izuku and knocking him up. He chuckled and laughed maniacally before setting Izuku on tge bed and cuddling with him. "You wouldn't leave me, You wouldn't dare........If you do, I might as well kill you" he laughed once again "No, my sweet Izuku. I will love you forever"

Izuku woke up feeling heavy again. He remembers what he did last night and slapped his face regretting it. Shoto entered the room and Izuku gave him a wide smile.
"Good morning baby" "Good morning Sho"
They were acting as if nothing happened last night. Izuku needs to do this. He needs to gain Shoto's trust and love back and once he's guard is down, escape with Kazumi and never go back. "Baby I'm sorry about last night, are you feeling better?"
"Shoto I'm fine, I'm sorry I had to do that"
"That's what I love about you, just don't make me mad again hm?" Shoto grinned and Izuku kissed his husband trying not to vomit. Shoto left the house again and Izuku was bombarded by the servants asking if he was okay. And so the day goes on.

"We need information before we even get to attack"
"I have a friend, she knows a lot and can do researches for us but she might want a charge"
"No big deal, get her to dig enough"

Katsuki called his old classmate, Kyoka Jirou. A very talented woman hired to hack and steal infos. They made an appointment together and went to see each other.

Jirou: "Long time no see friend"

Katsuki: "Cringe"

J: "Ey! Formalities Mister! anyways, What did you want?"

K: "I want to know about something"

J: "What is it"

K: "Shoto Todoroki and Izuku Todoroki"

J: "Oooh, that's some interesting story but their marriage was....sheesh"

K: "Spill"

J: "Ok ok, Apparently the Todorokis and Midoriyas agreed on an arranged marriage for those two. They were supposed to be wed a little later but they made it earlier after Mr. Izuku right there got himself pregnant by a faceless alpha. But I heard Izuku actually wanted to back out from the wedding"

K: "Why? and why didn't he?"

J: "Probably because that Shoto Todoroki is fully coo coo and too possesive. Also they blackmailed the Midoriyas and threatened them if Izuku wouldn't marry that Shoto. Ooh ooh wait! There's also been a lot of evidences I've collected about the Todorokis on a lot of crimes and threats they've made"

K: "......Give me all of them"

J: "why?"

K: "I'm doing business"

J: "Ohohokay nameless alpha"

K: "wait, you knew?"

J: "Duh! I've seen Izuku's pup like too many times and it's obvious the father's you! also I know what you're planning"

K: "Then will you help me"

J: "Sure, I will......If you let me be Izuku's bridesmaid"

K: "The fuck"

J: "Ooh! and the pup's god aunty!"

K: "fine! just make sure to get all you can"

J: "Will do!"

and like that, Katsuki was ready.
