Knot Him Up

The LAST part :'>

Izuku was sitting there, looking bored and impatient. Shoto promised him he would take Kazumi back home today. Izuku has been waiting for hours. Shoto suddenly comes in, the pup no where to be seen. "Shoto where's Kazumi?" "I have news"

"But where's Kazumi? You promised to bring her back"
"God fucking damn it! Can you stop worrying about her for once!?"
"R-right, sorry love please continue"
"Awww baby, don't feel bad. I have really good news"
"O-okay, what is it?"
" haha! he's DEAD!"
"Huh? W-who's dead?"
" Katsuki Bakugouo,he got into a car crash last night it's all over the news. Guess I didn't have to take care of him after all"
"O-oh"

Izuku's eyes showed sadness and fear. He just lost his pup's father. Shoto was too happy celebrating he didn't notice Izuku's distressed aura. He looked at the Omega and hugged him "Now we can all be a one big happy family"

-4 years later-

Izuku was sat at a cafe waiting for his husband who went out to answer a phone call. He looks at Kazumi enjoying her milk tea while also devouring his donut. It's been 5 minutes and Shoto still hasn't gone back in yet. Suddenly a random waitress gets close to them and ask how they are with a wide smile. Izuku gets creeped out and immediately says "We're good thank you, Is there a problem?"
"Oh Nothing! My manager noticed how long your husband is taking the call so he didn't want you to get bored and all" The waitress gave Izuku a white rose. Izuku was shocked, his favorite was white roses. Shoto never gave Izuku white roses because he always assumed he liked green lilys so it was the first time Izuku saw another white rose after 10 long years. 10 years ago, was when Katsuki showed Izuku a whole field of white roses when they first met and accidentally had Kazumi implanted on Izuku. That night felt wonderful and it was Izuku's first time seeing flowers so beautiful.
He looked back at the waitress smiling yet confused. "Wow, what a coincidence. These are my favorite"
"He knows"
"Pardon?" Izuku says with a confused laugh. The waitress gave Izuku a card colored half green half red orange. He looked at it and the Cafe's addres was written on it except it had a specific number on it. Izuku looked up and the waitress was nowhere to be found.
"Heyyy I'm back" Shoto exclaimed grasping Izuku's waist sitting beside him kissing his forehead. "I see you had a great talk with the waitress, what did she give you?"
"O-oh! Uhm... It's their card, they like our presence and wanted to welcome us if we ever come back here" Izuku said putting the card in his pocket. "Well I do enjoy their coffee, we should come here often" Shoto said sipping on his coffee. They left the Cafe and went home.

Izuku sat at the bed alone because Shoto had to go to an unexpected business trip late at night. Izuku looked at the card, and at the number. He typed it on his phone and pressed the call button.

*ring ring*

......

"Hello?"
"Hi, uhmm-" (izuku)
"I missed you"
"uhmm, excuse me?"
"Yes love"
"Right sorry Wrong number"
"Don't hang up Deku"

'Deku', that was the nickname Katsuki gave Izuku on the night they first met. Izuku was telling Katsuki how he didn't know how to cook, do laundry, clean, or even go to cashiers. Because of that, Katsuki gave him the nickname 'Deku' indicating how useless Izuku was not knowing basic life chores. Izuku gulped "W-who is this?"

"Baby, you don't even remember your favorite dick?"
"Wtf!? Who is this! Or I'm gonna have to end this call!"
"Chill, I know you know who I am"
".....but that's impossible"
"How so?"
"You're supposed to be dead"
"Deku, were you the one who wanted me dead?"
"N-no Of course not! I-I thought you got in an accident, you were reported dead"
"That fucking bastard"
"What?"
"Nothing! I'm alive damnit"
"W-well that's good I guess"

Izuku and Katsuki talked the whole night and mostly flirting until Izuku apparently slept at the phone because of how late it was.
