Xander's POV

On the way to the dress shop, our darling little mate fell asleep again.

~She is so beautiful~ I sent through the mind link.

~Yes, and we are lucky to have gotten such a beautiful and strong mate to lead our kingdom by our side.~ Xavier linked back.

When we got to the dress shop, I woke Blakeley. She rubbed her eyes like a child, which was the most adorable thing I have ever seen. We got out of the car, and went into the dress shop. I can't wait to see my gorgeous mate in a beautiful dress, even though it doesn't matter what she wears, because she will look great in anything she chooses.

Blakeley's POV

When we got into the dress shop, I got really excited because I have never gotten a formal dress or anything else fancy and expensive like I am sure everything in this shop is. As I saw the dresses on the racks, I was in awe. I have NEVER seen so many beautiful things in one place in my entire life! All I could do was spin around and gape at all of these gorgeous gowns that looked like they were made for a princess.

The twins chuckled behind me as if they knew what I was thinking. "Love, you said that out loud," commented Xavier.  Oh... Come on, let's go find you a dress to wear to the ball. "

And so the shopping began. Xander picked out a few dresses and told me to go try them on. The first was a mermaid style dress with a scoop neckline and a jeweled waist. The dress was deep red. I put it on and walked out of the dressing room, and the twins gaped at me, but, even though this dress was gorgeous, it was not the perfect one. But before I went back to change, I looked for the price tag. Xander seemed to understand what I was looking for, so he said, "Blakely, don't worry about the price, just get whatever dress you want, money isn't a problem."

Xavier agreed and asked for me to go try on the other dresses. I did and the next few were unimpressive, and my mates agreed with me.

Just as I was about to give up , Xander handed me one last dress. This was the most beautiful dress that I had ever seen. It was a sky blue Cinderella ball gown with silver embellishments on the waist and on the skirt.

When I had admired the dress for a few minutes, I walked out to show my mates. As I walked out, the twins said 'woah' at the same time.
"Blakely, this dress is perfect on you."
"I agree, this is the perfect gown."

Since I agreed with that, I went back into the dressing room to change back into my other clothes. When I came back out, the boys paid for the dress and we went back to the castle, as we would be coming back to the mall later for the rest of my wardrobe.

On the way back home, I fell asleep again, leaning against Xavier. I guess it was the twins calming heartbeat that kept lulling me to sleep. As I fell into dreamland, I felt Xavier gently  pulling my legs onto his lap while Xander laid my head on his lap.
