Ch. 4: The date?

{A/N - rn you might be like wtf is Marinette thinking about Adrien and going on a date with him I thought this was lukanette! and it is! only that we need a little bit of adrinette for lukanette to boost up high into the sky! and believe this is everything but a date ;)}

As I walked home I couldn't think of how lucky I was, going on a date with the most famous model, and I blushed at the thought of his green emerald eyes, his beautiful dirty blond hair, and his sense of humor... wait that wasn't right, then as I tried to remember who had a sense of humor a raven haired boy came to my mind and I chuckled, of course it was Luka the guy with the biggest sense of humor I ever met. but he didn't distract me from the perfection that was Adrien Agreste. When I got home some guys from the moving business were taking boxes and putting them in the truck, so I passed them by and went to my empty room, the last things I had were my sketch pad a blue hoodie, a pink skirt, and some grey leggings, the outfit I was going to use to travel but I thought to myself, what's wrong if I use it two times? it's an emergency. So I put it on and hurried outside, kissed my parents goodbye and told them I was going out with my friends, they waved goodbye and I ran out of the bakery and being the clumsy girl I am took the wrong turn somewhere walked for 45 minutes and ended up in an alleyway near the end of the city. I was so scared, it was very dark, noises everywhere I was not scared, I was petrified. Then I heard the most terrifying thing in my life.

"Boo," a person said

"AHHH! please don't do anything to me! i'll 'give you all my money, please don't do anything bad to me!" I said as I screamed while crying

"Hey, hey, hey, calm down, I don't mean any harm I was looking around the city and saw you here and said 'boo' because of a joke and didn't mean to scare you!" he said as he put his hands over me and held me while I kept crying

"Lu-Lu-Luka?" was the only thing I could get out of my mouth

"Yes, Ma-Ma-Marinette, I will never hurt you," he said

"You pr-promise?" I asked

"I promise," he answered "Where are you going right now anyway? because there nothing around here,"

"I was going to the coffeehouse for lunch but I'm already 20 minutes late and Adrien probably thought I stood him up!" I said

"Call him, and tell him you got lost," he suggested. I grabbed my phone and called him

"Hi Adrien," I shakily said

"Where are you? I've been waiting for 20 minutes!" he said

"I got lost I'm sorry!" I said back

"Look I have a busy agenda okay? and if you want to be late, fine be late just know I won't be waiting," he said before he hung up. I started crying even harder

"Hey! what did he say?" he sweetly asked me as we both sat down on the floor

"he said that if I wanted to be late to was fine, but that he wasn't going to be there," I sobbed

"If he can't see how amazing you are, then he isn't good enough for you," he said as he held me closer

"huh," I said as I started to blush instantly

"May I ask about your necklace, I've always seen you wear it all the time," he said as he tried to change the subject

"This used to be my great grandmothers, from my mom's side, it was her greatest piece of jewelry, a pink and blue butterfly, and she gave it to grandmother when she turned fifteen and she gave to my grandma, then to my mother, and my mother gave it to me when I turned fifteen, and I wear it every day," I told him

"Oh that's pretty nice, as you know when I was 15 my parents divorced and he took me with him, I wanted to stay with my sister, and give her the life she deserved, but life didn't give me that opportunity at that time, I was taken to Spain were I learned to speak Spanish, and then here where I learned to speak English, but when we left she gave a small guitar pendant and I took it with me wherever I went, I even slept with it," he said

"I was going to invite Adrien to a concert later but since his schedule is 'so busy' I still have 1 more tickets. so, do you have a free afternoon," she asked

"Depends, who is it?"

"Jagged stone,"

"Count me in,"

~ at the concert ~

"THIS IS AMAZING!" I yelled over the music

"WHAT?" he yelled back

"THIS. IS. AMAZING!" I yelled louder and slower

"WAY BETTER THAN GOING OUT WITH MR. FANCY MODEL!" he said, I knew he only meant it as a joke

"Yeah, I guess," I said to myself, I was sure he didn't listen because not even I could hear myself

"Thank you New York!" jagged stone said as he left the stage

"Now it's my turn to take you somewhere," he said

"What time is it?" I asked

"7:15 why?" he answered

"AHHH! my dinner with Lisa is in 15 minutes and I can't afford to be late! not again," I said as I facepalmed myself

"Come on, you don't wanna be late do you?" he said as he smirked. he grabbed my hand and together we went through the huge crowd and got to the parking lot, we got into his bike and he started the motor.

"Where are we going?" he asked

"Seine river, fast please," I said.

"I need to caAAAAAAAAAAHHHH," I yelled as he started moving as fast as light speed

"Jajajaja, believe me well get there in a second,"

"Okay, but next time a heads up would be nice you know!" I said

"You are truly something you know," he said as he chuckled, I was flustered. my heart was being stolen, a heart that wasn't there because it belonged to Adrien, but what if I was wrong? what if Adrien wasn't meant to be with me? no that was ridiculous, he was just mad because I was late that was all, I was sure of it, right?

"Here we go," he said taking me out of my thoughts

"Thanks, you are amazing," I said as I turned around, I saw him smile as he left in his motorcycle

"OoOoOoH!" lisa said

"Shut up! I said back

"Someone is flustered, is it the hot model or the cute raven haired boy?" he said with a cocky voice

"I hope you brought a lot of food because this is a long story," I warned

"Girl I brought so much food that we could stay here one week and have plenty of food for 3 meals a day," she said back, we both laughed.

- they have told me life happens when you're busy making other plans, and I think I finally know what it means-

{A/N: I'm sorry this chapter makes 0 sense, I didn't sketch it out and just wrote and well made a mess of words, lines, punctuation, and all of those stuff so... welp}
