There was something about watching your boyfriend bend on one knee that just brought tears of joy to your eyes. Watching him say his little prepared speech in a wavering voice while you were having a mini panic attack was breathtakingly perfect. Of course Virgil and Roman would still fight. Being engaged or even married would never change that.

"Okay, well I think you need to communicate with me more!" "I don't 'communicate'?! I have sat you down, and told you that I hate-" "When?!" Virgil sighed, his hand hitting his forehead. "Three weeks ago, Ro." Roman looked confused, "Remember? You were having doubts about that stupid audition and I started rambling and said 'if I didn't think you could do this what makes you think I'd quit my job', because I then went on in detail on how I hated my job! Which I don't really blame you because you were having a nervous, but still! How many times have I come home complaining?" Roman rolled his eyes, shrugging. "Roman it's not like you need to worry! I work 2 other jobs so you can keep acting!" Roman looked shocked at his words. "Or don't! I don't care, look! I am quitting this job, with or without  your support." Virgil stormed off to their bedroom slamming the door before doing the same to the bathroom door as he sunk in the bath tub. Nearly regretting choosing to sit here as some of the remaining drops of water from the last shower made his jeans wet. He just needed a moment. More than that but he just wanted to be alone and think. He'd calm down and then he could apologize to Roman.

A soft knock sounded before the bathroom door opened. Roman stepped into the bathroom smiling sadly at Virgil, kneeling beside him kissing Virgil's temple. "I'm sorry. It's just I overreacted-" "Don't apologize Storm cloud. I just have a question." Virgil nodded in hopes that Roman would continue. Roman wrapped an arm around Virgil giving him an award hug, but it was comforting none the less. "Do you regret it? Us getting married?" Romans voice was unsure and shakey scared of Virgil's response. They were freshly married, but not too fresh. "What? No, no of course not. I regret a lot of things, Ro. But this? I do not regret this." Virgil let his hand run through Romans hair, smiling at him. "If I ever regret this, it's safe to assume I've been abducted. Wether by the mafia or aliens." Virgil stood as did Roman; Roman offered a hand to his beautiful husband who took it happily, stepping out of the tub. "I love you, and I will never stop loving you unfortunately." Roman chuckled slinging his arm around Virgil as they walked to the living room. "I love you too. No matter what I will always love you."
