NAILEA AND LARRAY were hanging out at Nailea's house as best friends. She wanted to make up for all the times she couldn't hang out with him.
"i'm gonna go take a quick shower, i'll be right back." Nailea said before running upstairs. Larray's phone started ringing, it was a call from Kio.
"hey." Kio greeted on the other side of the phone call. "who are you, thinking you can call me whenever you like, like we're friends?" Larray asked, sassily as he blew air on his fingernails, wanting his clear nail polish to dry up quickly.
"hi, i'm Kio Cyr." he responded, mimicking his own voice from a tiktok he discovered of him whilst he was at the famous birthdays headquarters. Larray rolled his eyes as he cringed at what Kio said and how he sounded when he said it.
"what do you want, Kio?" he questioned his friend. "i don't mean to bother you but i need to talk to you about something but i'll text you when you're done with whatever it is that you're doing." Kio explained. "why couldn't you just text me? is whatever it is that you wanna talk about, really that important that you went out of your way to call me like you're my lover?" Larray responded with another question. "Larray, don't be difficult, please?" Kio pleaded. "just tell me what you want, Nailea's taking a shower right now." Larray said, feeling curious and quite impatient.
"wait, you're with Nailea?" Larray answers with a yes. "if you don't mind, please, look through her phone, 'specifically her chats with Vinnie." Kio asked, making Larray raise his eyebrow in confusion. Ever since Kio saw both Vinnie's and Nailea's posts when they both woke up at 6am. He started thinking that it was weird that Nailea was going to the beach at 6am and then a few minutes later, a car came to their house to pick him up.
"and why would you want me to do that?" "please just do it? i'll tell you after and please take screenshots and send them to me, if there's anything off in their conversations." Kio asked politely. "okay, okay. don't cry about it." Larray rolled his eyes. They both exchanged goodbyes then that's when Larray looked at Nailea's phone, which was on the glass table.
"Dear Lord, forgive me for i am about to invade my best friend's privacy." Larray said, his hands together and his eyes closed. He then opened them and took Nailea's phone.
He turned the phone on and then swiped to unlock. "Nai really needs to put a passcode on here."
He quickly tapped on the 'iMessage' application then tapped on Vinnie's name. His eyes immediately widened. He saw normal texts about random conversations, then he saw flirty texts, half naked pictures and agreements on when and where they should link up.
Larray quickly took the screenshots and sent them to his number. Both phones were in his hands, once he was sure that he had received the screenshots, he deleted the conversation and then went to her camera roll and deleted the screenshots. Larray then saw an album, labelled with a black heart. He was too afraid to look through it as he already saw some pictures of his best friend that he never wanted to see ever again. He wasn't disappointed or disgusted, just shocked and little offended that Nailea didn't tell him about her secret, though he did understand how the concept sneaky links worked so he didn't let it bother him too much.
Larray they quickly put the phone back to where it was. He took a deep breath and then exhaled. Though he was curious as to why Kio's curious about this, how Kio found out about this and when he found out about it.
