1. Write what you did that day and add details! You can make it scary, funny, or even weird!
Useful for:
- People who are bored and don't want to start a whole story
- People who want ideas for short stories
I opened my computer and braced myself for 6 hours of mental, and physical strain. I've been doing this for 5 days every week for the past 5 months. I'm sick and tired of it. I've tried to take a break, but it's not like I can fake being sick without being tested for COVID. Even worse, we have to attend school even on snow days. I check my google classroom and wince at the dozens of assignments due on Monday. Well, there goes my weekend plans. After working hard on the weekdays, I'd usually look forward to the weekends where I can wake up at 10:00 and binge watch The Vampire Diaries for the 100th time, but now, I'm dreading it. I groan and stretch out my aching back, which I'm sure is a sign of online classes taking a toll on my health. Pretty soon, I'll need a back brace...
So, that's my short rant about online classes being detrimental to my health, but you can write about anything else. Maybe you went grocery shopping. Maybe you just stayed at home and binged some shows (I'm jealous).
2. Make your own perfect utopia.
I think this would be a fun topic to write because you can write anything from being curled up next to the fireplace with a good book, or battle dragons in a volcano!
If you've read the first prompt, then you know that my perfect utopia would be to curl up on a comfy couch near a fireplace and read a good book. BUT that's in no way going to happen soon, so I need to think of a realistic utopia, but I can still think of it fondly. I'll attach a picture so I can lucid dream of it later (also I have some weird lucid dream thingy's so if yall wanna talk just pm me).
So imagine Santa isn't there, and the fireplace has actual fire in it. Oh, and imagine it cozier like a yellow/orange-ish tint to it.
Also, what's yall's fav holiday? Mine's Christmas.
