The jet ride back had been calm and Elliana even felt relaxed as she allowed herself to lean back and close her eyes to feel calm.

She noticed a weight shifting ahead of her and looked up to see JJ settling in the seat opposite her, smiling softly. "We didn't get to meet properly at all, I'm Jennifer but call me JJ."

Elliana nodded slightly and smiled before holding her hand out to shake hers. "I know. I'm Elliana Allon but, uh, you already knew that." She explained, shaking JJ's hand with a smile still on her face.

JJ nodded and glanced over to Emily who was playing chess with Spencer and then looked back at Elliana with a hesitant smile. "You're coming out with us, right? There aren't any urgent cases for a few days, we'll probably just have some paperwork days so we can afford to go out and get... well... drunk." She explained, smiling at her.

"Oh," Elliana said, looking at her with an awkward smile because, despite the fact that she felt happy and comfortable with the team, she didn't want to intrude. "I don't have to, it's alright."

JJ's eyebrows furrowed and Elliana sense she'd said something wrong. "What do you mean you don't have to?" JJ asked, soft spoken. "You're part of the family now, Elliana. That means you come and get drunk with us, it's pack animal mentality but for alcohol." She spoke, Elliana grinning slightly at her explanation before rolling her eyes playfully.

"Mmm... fine, alright. Who goes?" She asked, settling back into her seat comfortably, looking over at JJ with a curious look on her face.

JJ raised an eyebrow before wiggling them suggestively. "Why? You want a certain someone to come?" She asked, obviously being playful and Elliana could tell she was already going to get along with her well enough.

"No, obviously not," Elliana said, rolling her eyes playfully before laughing. "Why, you think Hotch would go for me?" She asked, grinning as JJ laughed and rolled her eyes playfully too.

"I meant Spence, you idiot." She joked, all lightheartedly. "They told me you guys worked really well together, I wouldn't be surprised if Hotch gets you two to do stuff for our cases together, you guys were like a whirlwind, apparently."

Hesitating, Elliana shrugged and the nodded. "I guess so, he's just good to bounce ideas off of, I guess. Not to mention the fact that he's really observant. Like I know that's our job but he knew I was worried in like... two seconds."

"He is pretty good, isn't he?" She asked, smiling a bit as Elliana shrugged and nodded again. Then, JJ turned to look at Spencer. "Spence, are you coming out with us tonight?"
