Chapter 3: Issei's peerage and Ranking games PT.1

#The next day#

We see Issei and Mio sleeping when they felt some magic being used in the room as they woke up and saw Grayfia standing the with a box and later in her hands. They set up as the Grimory maid gave them the items "This are your peerage pieces and the document, location and keys to the mansion you asked for. As for the ranking games it has been approved and Sirzachs added a secret reward for the winner" She finished as she disappeared using a magic circle.

The two looked at the items in their hand and got up as Issei opened the box and pulled out a king pieces and placed it on his chest as it glowed and entered his body. He suddenly felt a jolt of power as the rest of the pieces glowed and mutated. Mio grabbed one piece and examined it. "It seems like your evil pieces are different. When you turn someone into your pieces instead of them turning into a devil they will become a dragon like you and me but not a full flagged one." She explained to her mate making the boy nod as he pulled out a queen piece.

He turned to Mio and smiled "Mio will you be my queen?" Mio smiled as well and nodded "I'll love to my king" Issei chuckled and pulled out the queen piece then placed it on Mio's chest and chanted as the piece glowed and went into Mio as she felt her magic get boosted. She then hugged the red haired boy and kissed him which he reciprocated. "Now we need to get more members" Issei said as he rested his forehead with Mio's. "Hm well I have a few people in mind" Mio said with a small grin thinking of said people. "Oh mind telling me who this people are?" Issei asked with curiousness.

Mio separated from her mate and walked to the small tabe in the room and grabbed a pen and paper and started writing down names and information. When she was done she gave the list to Issei which he read :

1. Nero Sparta

Race: Devil

Evil piece: Pawn

Secret gear: Devil Bringer

Specialties: Swordplay and gunslinging

2. Akame Shihitori

Age: 16

Race: Human

Evil piece: Knight

Secret gear: Murasame

Specialties: Swordplay and assassination

3. Hajime Nagumo

Age: 17

Race: Human

Evil piece: Rook

Secret gear:

Specialties: Gunslinging

Issei looked over the names and nodded before looking back at Mio "So who do we start with?" the boy asked as Mio grinned and grabbed his hand as they teleported away.

#Three days later#

Inside the newly built Hyoudou mansion we see Mio and Issei sitting in the living room with three other teens in front of them. “So why are we here?” Nero asked as he rested his feet on top of the table lazily. The other two nodded also in curiously, Issei looked at Mio before sighing and started explaining about the super natural world.

Akame and Hajime we're shocked to say the least while Nero who already knew about this remained unfazed. “So devils, angels and fallen angels are real?” Hajime asked with both Mio and Issei nodding in response. “Ok let's say that what you guys just said is true, why would you tell us this information?” Akame asked with her mind running around searching for an answer.
