I was cut deep, now that i knew he was engaged.
I didn't speak to him for the past 2 hours. The radio was turned on with a ballad song. I looked out into the passing meadows counting how many times I'd see a black horse would go by.
He turned the radio off, "What's wrong? You're not speaking. Are you sick?" He asked facing me for short seconds so we don't crash. "Nothing" I hissed. "There's something there.. I can tell" his voice serious now.
"What's it to you!?" My voice was gradually getting louder.
"Danielle" he pleaded, eyes resentful. I rolled my eyes "I'm the problem okay! Just leave me be" we were closer to the border-I can see the welcome sign-
"Tell me the truth,Danielle" begging now, his eyes were as wide as an owls.
"Grr! I HATE YOU! I HATE EVERYTHING ABOUT YOU!! I HATE YOU PERFECTNESS! YOUR KIND ATTITUDE!! I HATE HOW YOU PLAY AROUND WITH ME LIKE I'M YOUR DOLL! THAT'S ENOUGH, I'M MOVING OUT!!" Shedding a tear, I froze at those last words: 'That's enough, I'm moving out'.. The same words I told my mum.
Jem stopped the car and I ran out crying, Jem chased after me on foot. A van skidded to a stop in front of me and men in masks jumped down to tie me down.
"JEM!!!" I screamed but it was too late. They injected me with some drug that knocked me out...
