Your vision slowly becomes less blurry as you concentrate harder on them. You immediately realized that wasn't Itadori, the black markings on his face could tell you that much.
It was Sukuna.

Sukuna stands merely a few feet in front of you, he was talking to Megumi.
"There's no reason to be scared, I'm in such a great mood right now. Let's just chat for a bit."
Huh, where's Yuuji?
Sukuna begins to walk in front of Megumi as he continues to talk. It seems he hasn't noticed you or he's just ignoring your faint presences altogether.
"The kid had it coming for just using me without making any kind of deal and now it feels like he's having some trouble switching back. But then no matter what he did this would have ended up the same." Sukuna grabs ahold of Itadori shirt uniform ripping it apart to reveal his black markings across his chest and arms.
"So I've been thinking about the different ways I can do this." And with one swift motion, Sukuna drives his hand into Itadori's chest, ripping his heart out. Blood pools down from the wound onto the ground, a thin line of blood coming out of his mouth.
"Ah W-what are you doing"
Huh? no way...no way! Yuuji!
"I'm taking this brat hostage"
"What do you mean!"
"It's simple, see I can live without this but that ain't true for your punk friend." Sukuna tosses the heart to the side like it was mere garbage.
You couldn't move or speak, the shook from what just happened and your already weak body was too much. All you could do was just rest against a tree, zoning out of their conversation.
No way...there's no way this is happening...why...why is this happening!
Glancing back up you see Sukuna swallow another one of his fingers. That special grade curse must have had. You had to do something but what? you were already weak from using your cursed energy plus the wound on your side didn't help.
"And with that, I'm now as free as a bird and now you can be frightened because I'm about to kill you just for the hell of it"

Megumi gets into a fighting stance, staring Sukuna down. He doesn't dare look at you, afraid Sukuna might notice and go after you instead.
He hasn't noticed Y/n? good, I need to get him away from her.
"You don't get it but I do, Itadori is coming back even if that means death. That's just who he is."
