𝙔/𝙉: "Hello Albedo."

I greeted.

𝘼𝙡𝙗𝙚𝙙𝙤: "Hello Y/N, and Venti, I need two test subjects for a new potion I made, as I cannot locate Paimon and Aether, I thought maybe you two would like to assist me instead."

I looked at Venti, and he just shrugged.

𝙑𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞: "Hmm.. do we get anything in return?"

𝘼𝙡𝙗𝙚𝙙𝙤: "I could get you some wine."

The bards eyes lit up and he chuckled.

𝙑𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞: "Well then! let's test this out!"

Albedo nodded, he pressed the potions into our hands and waited for us to drink them.

I hesitantly lifted the glass to my lips, and proceeded to swallow the liquid inside of it.

Venti was waiting for me to finish, he already had finished drinking his and really wanted that wine.

𝘼𝙡𝙗𝙚𝙙𝙤: "Does anything feel different? or off?"

I shook my head, everything felt normal.

Albedo sighed and scratched the back of his neck.

𝘼𝙡𝙗𝙚𝙙𝙤: "My expectations for this to work were very high, but I suppose I must've made a little mistake, anyway thank you, you two."

Albedo handed Venti mora, before walking off.

as soon as he left I started feeling sick and my head was spinning like crazy,
I placed my hand on my forhead and looked over at The bard who looked quite pale, paler than usual.

Suddenly, my vision turned black, I couldn't see anything anymore.
It was silent, I couldn't hear anything.

My eyes opened, I look around, panicked to see.. myself standing next to me?

𝙔/𝙉: "Is this a dream? did I drink too much wine? Am I seeing things now?"

The person that looked like me, turned their head towards me.

𝙑𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞: "Since when did I have a twin?"

I sighed and rubbed my chin.

𝙔/𝙉: "It was probably the potion, maybe it was some kind of body-swapping potion.."

I mumbled loud enough for Venti to hear.

𝙑𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞: "Wow, you're so smart Y/N!"

I just rolled my eyes.

𝙔/𝙉: "Anyway, 𝐈𝐭's quite small."

Venti tilted his head, it took him a second to realise what I mean't

𝙑𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞: "Oh- shut up!"

He gently pushed me and I giggled.

𝙔/𝙉: "We should ask Albedo for help."

Just when I was about to walk ahead, Venti grabbed my wrist.

𝙑𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞: "Wait! Can we stay like this a bit longer?"

I turned my head and looked at him, then I raised a brow.

𝙔/𝙉: "Are you being serious?"

𝙑𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞: "Yes! the most serious ive ever been in my entire life!"

I flicked his forhead.

𝙔/𝙉: "Fine, but only for a little bit."

Suddenly I see Barbara running towards us.

𝘽𝙖𝙧𝙗𝙖𝙧𝙖: "Oh Y/N! Y/N~!" a tragedy has happened!"

Barbara grabbed Venti's hand, Venti was very confused and I was trying my best not to laugh, which Venti noticed, and grinned.

He cupped barbara's face and gave her a peck on the lips.

I stared at Venti and Barbara.

𝘽𝙖𝙧𝙗𝙖𝙧𝙖: "Wh- ah?-"

She was trying her best to process what had just happened, I grabbed Venti's wrist and pulled him away.

We were far away from poor Barbara, who was still confused.

𝙔/𝙉: "You dork! What did you do that for?"

𝙑𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞: "Well, usually you're mean to me for no reason, so I thought why not give you some karma~"

I gasped.

𝙔/𝙉: "So we're playing that game now?"

I smirked and dashed to the tavern, Venti chased me.

𝙑𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞: "Whatever you're planning to do it better not be something stupid!" 

He yelled, which I ignored.

I opened the door and slammed it right onto Venti's face, then I ran towards Diluc, I jumped over the counter and placed my hands on the sides of his face, then I pulled his head down as I was quite short, and kissed him.

𝙔/𝙉: "Oh Diluc~ has anyone told you how handsome you are? I could look at you all day and never get bored of you! You're the most beautiful person in this world! Nobody could ever beat your beauty, Please give me your-"

Venti grabbed my wrist and pulled me towards him, then he covered my mouth.

𝙑𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞: "Aha.. sorry uh.. Venti is acting a bit.. off today~! ehe.."

Diluc was confused, scared, and concerned.
I knew he wasn't going to forget this easily.

Venti slowly pulled me out of the tavern.

𝙑𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞: "I'm never going to be able to taste wine ever again because of you!"

The bard shook my shoulders, and I was laughing.

𝙔/𝙉: "His face- you should've seen it-"

I was wiping tears from my eyes.

𝙑𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞: "Just you wait- as soon as we're back to normal, I'll-"

I walked towards Venti and gave him a kiss to silence him, then I booped his nose and smiled.

𝙔/𝙉: "Calm down I was kidding, I'll explain it to Diluc later okay?"

Venti sighed.

𝙑𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞: "Okay but- you need some work when it comes to complimenting people.
'You're the most beautiful person in the world!" So original!"

𝙔/𝙉: "Actually- I think I'll just head back to the tavern and-"

𝙑𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞: "Ah- I was kidding!"

Suddenly I hear someone walking towards us, I turn around to see Diluc and me and Venti both started nervously giggling.

I looked at my wrist and pointed at it.

𝙔/𝙉: "Well~would you look at the time? We have to leave, bye!"

I ran off and Venti followed.

𝚆𝚎 𝚠𝚎𝚛𝚎 𝚊𝚝 𝚖𝚢 𝚊𝚙𝚊𝚛𝚝𝚖𝚎𝚗𝚝, 𝚒𝚝 𝚠𝚊𝚜 𝚕𝚊𝚝𝚎 𝚊𝚗𝚍 𝚑𝚘𝚗𝚎𝚜𝚝𝚕𝚢 𝙸 𝚠𝚊𝚜 𝚝𝚘𝚘 𝚝𝚒𝚛𝚎𝚍 𝚝𝚘 𝚐𝚘 𝚘𝚞𝚝 𝚊𝚗𝚍 𝚜𝚎𝚊𝚛𝚌𝚑 𝙰𝚕𝚋𝚎𝚍𝚘 𝚗𝚘𝚠.

I sat on the couch, I was close to falling asleep, and Venti was next to me playing on the lyre.

He noticed that I was looking at him, and he gave me a warm smile.
I returned the smile.

I yawned and stretched.

𝙔/𝙉: "I can't wait to be back in my own body again, tomorrow we have to ask Albedo, just incase we end up not returning to our actual bodies."

Venti nodded and placed his lyre away, then he scooted over to me and leaned his head against my shoulder, and that's when we fell asleep.

I opened my eyes and looked up, I saw Venti, who was still sleeping.
I looked at my hands and smiled, our bodies swapped again, now we were in our actual ones.

I looked up at the sleeping bard and gave him a few pats then I leaned my head back against his shoulder and continued sleeping.
