*Flashback*

26 Weeks Later before 28

Scarlet was in the laboratory checking the blood from the new reveals for any diseases or anything that might be dangerous, as she was about to grab another blood vial but accidentally knock over a vial. Before she had any chance to grab it, the vial break while landing on a glass sample that full of infected blood.

Scarlet: Dangit!

She carefully grabs the glass lifting it without cutting herself as she was about to throw it away, but stops as if something is telling her to check the blood or her cat's curiosity to see what happens to the blood.     

  Scarlet: *sighs* What the hell.

Scarlet place the mixed blood on the table next to the microscope, she then grabs a syringe taking some of the blood carefully drop blood on the micro slides under the scope. She looks into the ocular lens and sees something the at surprises her.

Scarlet: What?!

The med officer rubs her eyes before looking into the lens and still see the same thing. Scarlet couldn't believe what she saw an immune cell killing the virus, she looks at the glass case to see the name brand carefully moving the sharp broken pieces of glasses, couldn't find it then something caught her eye on the floor. 

It was tape on the pieces of broken glass, she reaches for it grabbing it. She looks at the tape and her eyes widen as she knows who it is.

*Flashback End*

Doyle: Thomas?....... Thomas is-

Scarlet: Immune.....*looks at Thomas* My own son is immune.

Doyle: Why didn't-

Scarlet: I did tell the general but he wanted me to make sure that's true. So I did, I got some more of Thomas's blood and keep testing it, I don't how many times I tested. I lost count after forty, I keep testing, testing, testing, and testing it still has the same result my son is Immune......... The general wouldn't let me go on, saying We don't have all the information that could be camouflage.

Doyle: What do you believe?

Scarlet: I-I believe that those kids is our future... Thier lives are more important than mine or yours. We need them they can save us all.

Doyle: *nods* Ok.I got it. *sighs* You know your kid is the strongest person that I ever witness in my entire life.

Scarlet: Yes, he is. When I was pregnant with him, I didn't want him.

Doyle: Really?

Scarlet: Yeah. It was my early years in the medical and my husband weren't having a good relationship, I was going to put him in adoption when he's born.
