I gave sean a proud smirk and asked him to explain. " You see, the power of the fairies is unlocked by will power, and belief that something will happen." He demonstrates by summoning an Icicle blade in his hands. I look at it in awe for a moment but then he continues, " the thing that's hard for people to do is believe in themselves. The thing is, everyone in the fairy world, well, the transition is very sudden and most people can't accept it and their for cannot use their powers. They do not believe they are chosen and they, either can't use their powers, or their powers are very limited." He looks slightly toward Ren indicating he was one of them.
I held back a snicker. It was kinda funny because, out of everyone here, HE was the most stubborn person here. Han was also very stubborn. He could be persuaded if you showed him to his face that these things were possible but he never believed anything unless he sees them with his own eyes. Sean seas the most open minded, but also solid. He is rarely wrong about anything, but when we have debates, they last all of three seconds because he's realized his mistake. Then it's me and him trying to convince Ren and Han that we are right.
I looked back at Sean, " So your telling me, that I'm open minded and I believe in fairies now?" He looked at me and nodded. As he did so a load BOOM came from the background. Sean opened his eyes with great intensity. " Well Jay, guess we get to see what your really made of."
I put on a brave face and smile, " ooooh! We get to kill some freaks?" Sean stood up and Han and Ren did as well and stood on either side of Sean. "You wanna go kick some demon fairy ass?"
