"You got her?" Smoke asked me as I carried a sleeping Saige
I tiredly nodded my head as I put on my black shades. I guess he could tell I was tired and grabbed her.
I haven't really got any sleep since last week. I've been hurt before but this a whole different type of hurt . Then Saige keeps asking where he dad at and I don't know what to say.
"Come on sis you ready?" Mali asked me standing in the door way
"I ain't got no choice..." I mumbled
Me, Smoke, Glock, Mali, Tink, peaches, my mom and dad, Woosie all walked out my mom house and into my dad truck. Spook doesn't go to funerals at all but he made sure I was good earlier
I stayed quiet the whole ride as everybody else conversed. About 20 minutes later we pulled up at the church and his parents were staring outside talking to people.
I grabbed Saige and carried her on my hip. We all began walking up the lil hill and right when we was about to walk in his mom stopped me.
"Umm I don't think you... or your family was invited" she said
"What?" I said taken back
"I mean your the reason my Antonio is gone. Your not allowed in here." She said as he husband held her
"Listen bitch don't blame my daughter for shit. Now we gon go in here so my babies can see him on last time and if you say one more fucking thing to my daughter it's gon be another funeral today" my mova said stepping up
"You listen here la- shut yo bitch as up" my dad said cutting his dad off
"Purrrr ma"Tink said mugging her
We all walked in and it felt like his entire family was giving me dirty looks. I should be the one giving them dirty looks the fuck!
I'm the one who had Ant back when they gave up on him but they all gon sit up in here like they loved him.
"Mommy there daddy go!" Saige yelled as we got close to the casket
"Shhh"
"He sleeping?" She asked looking at me
"Yea mama" I said holding back my tears
"Daddy wake up" she said as she started giggling
I looked down and instantly looked back up. Never in a million years would I have thought I would have had to look at him like this.
"Demario hold her right quick" I said to smoke
I sped walked out the sanctuary and looked for the bathroom. I quickly ran to the toilet and started throwing up.
