"Katie!", Tony happily shouts across the office when Kate comes out of the elevator.
She holds two mugs of coffee from the shop across the street and shuffles, wet from the rain, to her desk.
She bugged looks at Tony and handles him over his mug.
"Why are you in such a good mood DiNozzo? Had sex last night?"
He gets up from his chair with a big grin.
"Ooh Stephanie is so great! I've never had such a chemistry with a girl before. Really! It's like we -"
Kate interrupts him by throwing a paper ball.
He easy catches it and continues his monologue.
"You really should get to know her. You would be friends. "
Kate skeptical looks at him and shakes her head.
"Um... no. I don't think so. And I'm not really interested in hearing about your sex life."
Tony laughs. "You're not? But it was you who started talking about it.."
She rolls her eyes.
"You're such an idiot Tony!"
There it is again. The DiNozzo - grin.
"I love you too Kate", he says while he blows her a kiss.
Right then, Gibbs walks in.
"I really appreciate your intensive friendship with Kate DiNozzo but now is not the right time to act it out. You can meet after closing time and confess your love but we're at work now."
He grabs his jacket and leaves to visit Abby.
Kate appalled looks after him and then at Tony.
"Did he just say what I think he said?"
"I don't know what you think he said so I can't tell you if he said what you think he said", DiNozzo answers still smirking.
"All I know is that he gave me permission to date you."
Now Kate looks even more appalled.
"Just kidding Katie", Tony laughs and leaves the office as well.
