I turned the corner and saw four kids about my age standing there beating on a kid that was only about ten, I couldn't move all I could do was stare, but then I worked up the courage to run over and yell, "Stop it leave him alone! He is younger than you and you are beating the crap out of him!" They stopped and I thought I had helped but then I felt a sharp pain in my cheek and I fell to the ground.
"Shut up bitch this isn't your fight, he owes us money and we are gonna get it, unless the big helper wants to pay that to." One of the boys in the group said, he was about to punch me again when I screamed.
"No stop i'm pregnant!" His fist stopped mid air and they all looked at me astonished.
"You're pregnant, how old are you even, like eleven?" They said laughing.
"No I am fourteen and yes I am pregnant do you got a problem with that?" I asked getting up off the ground.
"No I just thought you were a lot younger. I am a dad my baby is five months old and I love him so much." The leader of the group said and I started to see they weren't all that bad, but I was still trying to figure out why they were beating that kid for money.
"Wait if you are a dad and you love your child, then why are you doing something to this kid that could get you sent away?" I asked trying to figure it out.
"Well, he owes us money and I need it for formula for my child if not I won't be able to feed him." He said sadly.
"Oh well uh I have like seven bucks on me will that help?" I asked pulling it out of my pocket and handing it over to the boy in front of me.
"Sure this will help, but hey I have never seen you around here what's your name little girl?" He asks looking me up and down obviously checking me out as I stand there.
"I am Luc....I mean Alice." I say correcting my self as they had probably heard about little missing Lucy and if I ever wanted to stay with Mason I could never tell anyone who I was no matter how much Luke hurt me.
"Well it is very nice to meet you Alice." The leader of the group said to me, and I gave him a small smile before nodding goodbye and walking away to try and do something other than sit inside and wallow in my sadness of missing my family. I walked around the block a little bit but soon got tired of it and turned to go back to my house. When I walked back down the street where the kids were gone, I sighed hoping they would still be there well at least one or two of them.
When I walked through the door Luke was waiting for me, he grabbed me and carried to the room we shared. He dropped me on the bed and chained me to to it first my arms then my legs. I flailed around hoping I could break them, but I was to weak to even try. I sighed and finally stopped fighting.
"This is so you don't hurt our baby while I have my fun." He says beginning to rip my clothes off of me.
"Why do you do this to me I am just a child and you have been raping me since I was twelve years old I have not seen my family in years, they probably think I am dead and I can't tell them otherwise. Can't I see them just once before I begin to show? That is all I ask of you I have done what you have asked of me for, for almost three years and I only want to see my family once, then I will marry you..., and have your child and be your perfect wife I promise." I say and even look at him take a deep breath and say. "Unchain me and I will prove it." I say knowing if I could see my parents one more time it would make life better, and maybe he wont catch on that I will tell them everything and then he would be thrown in jail and I would be home, and I would never have to be with him again. I thought then stopped dead, everything I was thinking all changed in that moment. What if I do that? I can't leave Mason, I am pregnant to him.
He continued to rip my clothes off finally taking my last piece off as I closed my eyes a small tear rolling down my cheek, I opened my eyes and looked out the window to see Mason peering in the look of complete hatred on his face. I quickly look away ashamed that I was helpless and couldn't do anything to stop Luke from hurting me again.
"Fine." Luke says walking over and unchaining me, then walking away a scowl on his face, as he is walking away I hear him say. "You may see them once but I swear to God you say anything to them I will murder them all right in front of your eyes." He says slamming the door leaving me there in the room alone in the dark. I sat there for a while wondering what I could do and how I would get a message to them without them getting into trouble or hurt on my account.
After Luke was finished, he quickly got ready and left for work. As soon as I heard his car door closing and the sound of the wheels exiting the driveway I quickly opened the window and let Mason into the house. Mason pulled me into a hug the second that he was close enough to wrap his arms around me, and I couldn't help it I immediately began balling into his chest. "Mason i'm so sorry I never wanted this. I have begged him to stop so many times but he never does. Please don't hate me, please don't leave me here alone I can't be here alone all the time i'm scared and I wanna go home."
I felt Mason sigh as I cried and then he pushed me back making me look him in the eyes and quickly saying. "Hey, hey listen i'm not going anywhere and I know nothing that happens here is your fault. I am gonna find a way to get you home with your parents even if it kills me. I can't see the woman that is carrying my child go through this much pain everyday of her life." He says and kisses my forehead sweetly pulling me back into a warm sweet hug.
