"And to introduce the new defence against the dark arts professor, Professor Remus J lupin." Dumbledore announced.
'New DADA professor again this year' y/n thought to herself. After the sorting and the feast y/n went to bed, feeling ill from eating too much.
Y/n got up at 6AM, making herself a tea and sitting in the common room reading a muggle book, after a while noticing it's was 6:30. Y/n grabbed her Hufflepuff robes, slipping them on, along with her uniform. Running out of the common room, she ran into professor sprout, nudging the books out professors hands.
"I'm so sorry let me help you professor." Y/n offered.
"No it's ok dear, head off to breakfast!" She said motioning y/n to the great hall.
"Ok, sorry again professor!" y/n shouted down the hall running to breakfast.
Y/n entered the hall and went over to her bestfriend, Cedric Diggory, and they started talking until breakfast was over.
"Cya y/n!" Cedric shouted before she left for defence against the dark arts.
She got there a little earlier then everyone so she chose her seat right at the front before someone else could.
'Where's professor? Shouldn't he be here by now?' She thought to herself. Hearing a bang from the door at that moment, it was professor Lupin.
"Good morning y/n, here before everyone else I see." He said
"No professor really." Y/n said while giggling.
"Yes, yes very well, I'm glad you picked the front." He said while sitting at his desk.
"Me too, say professor what are we doing today?" Y/n answered while getting out her book and quill.
"Boggarts, you won't need your book and quill, only your wand." He replied looking up seeing a worried look on y/n's face.
"B-boggarts?" She said looking away.
"Yes, is there anything wrong y/n?" He asked clearly seeing there was.
"N-no sir" she replied getting herself together and ready for what would happen next.
Everyone started to come in, tears forming into y/n's eyes trying to get it together.
"Hey y/n are you ok?" She felt a tap on her shoulder, it was Ginny Weasley, y/n's other bestfriend.
"Yeah, just thinking." She said lying straight to Ginnys face.
"Ok quieten down I'm starting the class." Remus said looking straight at y/n seeing she was crying, hoping he would find out why by the time class was over. "Our topic is on boggarts, can anyone explain what a boggart is?"
"No one knows, it forms into whatever someone fears the most, that's what makes it so ter-" hermione said before getting cut off by lupin.
"So terrifying yes, Neville can you join me a second please" lupin asked.
"Yes sir," Neville said shyly walking towards lupin.
"When the boggarts turn into what you fear the most, hold up your wand and say riddikulus, all repeat after me, riddikulus." He said.
"Riddikulus!" Everyone said getting right on the first try.
"Very good now Neville ready?" Lupin asked.
