The selective party.

The next day, in the morning, Katherine woke up so confused. The last thing she remembered was when she fall asleep in the woods because she was exhausted.

The girls weren't up yet. She went to the bathroom were she took a fresh shower than got ready for the day.
Olivia and Pansy woke up too
,,Katherine!God, i was so worried!'' said Olivia hugging her.
,,I don't rlly remember how i ended up in my room'' said Katherine
,,Tom brought you here. He carried you and then put you on your bed, huh, if i were him i would simply leave you there alone'' said Pansy
,,I didn't expect it, tho'' said Katherine
,,did you found the rubin?'' asked Olivia
,,yes-'' but Katherine stopped talking when she realized that that bastard got it.
,,actually...no, it's at Tom'' she said disappointed, after all, she was the one who found it, she thought it was her right to have it.
,,what a pitty'' said Olivia. That girl really wanted to see it.
,,i know but i am starving, let's go eat something'' said Katherine.
So She and Olivia went to the great hall for breakfast.

When Katherine came in, all the students gathered up at her, asking if she found the rubin and she started bragging about how she victoriously found it, the previous night.

,,have you slept well, Waldorf?'' she heard a deep masculine voice coming from behind her.
When she turned, right in front of her was standing Tom, an evil smirk showing on his face.
,,very well actually, thanks to you, i'm not dead, somewhere around the forest'' said Katherine back.

later at the lesson.
The teacher was very proud of the two of them. He offered them a good grade plus 2 tickets to Hogsmade for the winter break.

it's been almost three moths till Katherine moved at Hogwarts. Tom and his gang were still doing unspecified bad things, Katherine was arguing and dueling Tom everytime, the were like enemies or sth and Olivia was now Katherine's best friend.

Katherine was doing here homework in her bed when she was interrupted by a young slytherin boy who came in her dorm.
,,what do you want,Olivia?'' asked Katherine. Then she looked up from her notes and saw no other than Reinhart Lestrange who was standing in complete silence in front of her.

,,don't you know how to knock?'' asked Katherine.
The curly haired boy just  stood there in complete silence before deciding to eventually open his mouth to speak.
,,mr Sloughborn wanted me to deliver you this letter'' sais Lestrange still standing in the doorway, patiently waiting for Katherine to come get it so he wouldn't bother.
,,what it's for?'' asked Katherine harshly snatching the letters from the tall boy.
,,i don't know'' said Lestrange and then he leaved, he just simply leaved without adding anything. Katherine stood there, glaring at the misterious letter that was laying between her hands before deciding to slithly open it.
She ram her finger through the green velvet material that was covering the yellow piece of paper before her. She carefully opened it only to see a very cursive writing in emerald green ink.
Apparently her beloved potions professor invited her to his selective club party, that was taking part, that night, around 7 o'clock.

It was around 6:50 when Katherine got out of her room and hurried to mr Sloughborn's office.

When she came in, mr Sloughborn greeted her and then with one movement of hand he gestured for her to take a seat.
,,Guys this is Katherine Waldorf and she will be our new member here'' he said with a wide smile on his face.
Katherine could feel how all the eyes were staring at her. She could recognize Lestrange standing there next to Tom, of course.

Further she could see Percy Weasley and James Potter who were staring at her. She already knew he had a crush on her. Almost all the school knew that fact.
Then on the second part of the table were sitting a Ravenclaw girl, with asian features Her and Katherine were the only girls that were attending that misterious meeting.
Katherine took a seat right next to her.
