I leaned back against his chest as he pressed soft kisses to the side of my neck, his hands gently massaging my shoulders. "Relax love." His deep voice sent shivers down my spine, and everything was calm, peaceful. But nothing good ever lasts long...

I tried to calm my breathing as I sat up. That was the fifth time. Same scenario, same man, same empty, hollow feeling as I realize it was just a dream. I groaned loudly with my head rested between my bent knees. If I listen closely, I can hear the faint ticking of the old grandfather clock sat in the living room.

Much to my dismay, Damon 'I'm a vampire, I don't need sleep' Salvatore walks into my room, interrupting my self-pity-session. "Why aren't you up yet?" I give him a blank stare before looking over to my alarm clock 5:46 AM, it reads. "I don't know Damon maybe because its six in the fucking morning?" Damon crosses his arms over his chest and leans his right shoulder against the door frame.

"Whatever. Elena and her little posse are on their way for an 'emergency meeting' to discuss stuff so get your lazy ass up." Damon flipped on my light switch and walked out of my room. "God, I hate him so much." I mumbled. "I heard that."

I flopped back down onto my bed, shoving my face in my pillow to muffle my screams.

After a few minutes of mumbling profanities, I reluctantly slid out of bed and shuffles over to my en suite bathroom. I did all the necessities like brushing my teeth and attempting to tame my messy hair, key word attempting. I eventually gave up trying to calm the beast and left my room, turning my light back off on the way out.

When I stepped out of the hallway connected to the living room, Stefan, Elena, Bonnie, Caroline, and Damon were already there waiting for me. "What was the reason for waking me up at this ungodly hour?" I plopped down onto the couch next to Bonnie and squinted against the bright light in the room.

Before I had the chance to prepare myself for their responses, Stefan was standing up and lifting his shirt to his chest. And oh, that's bad. There were teeth marks on his side, black and brown veins around the sharp indents. "Holy Shit, what happened?" Bonnie flicked me in the forehead as everyone collectively, and very creepily might I add, rolled their eyes. "What do think happened Stiles? I got bit last night." Stefan dropped his shirt back down and sat next to Elena.

"Okay. No need for the heavy sarcasm, especially this early. At least let me have a cup of coffee first." I sat back with a huff, pulling my hoodie sleeves down past my fingers. Damon stood up and stalked closer towards me. "We need you to go ask Klaus for some of his blood to heal Stefan." I shot up and sputtered "What?! Why me?" Damon looked me up and down with a confused look on his face. "Because, Stiles. For some extremely odd reason, Klaus has seemed to take a liking to you the most out of all of us." I looked at him appalled and mumbled, "It's not that odd."

Caroline stood up and spoke just as Damon was getting ready to say something else. "I'll go with you Stiles, it's not safe for you to go alone. Being human and all." She walked over to me, placing her manicured hand against my bicep. "Okay fine. But do we even know where Klaus is?" I dropped my arms from where they were crossed over my chest. This time it was Elena who spoke, "He's in California. Beacon Hills to be more specific." My heart rate sped up as I was reminded of my home town. "Why is he there?" I stuck my hands in my pockets to keep from fidgeting with them.

"We don't know, but while your there you can find out."
