However, she realized that if not for this she would have never met Ville. This man had shown her so much kindness and her heart belonged to him, even if it still had scars and it had taken time to accept that she could be loved. "What are you thinking about love?" Ville said as they sat on the porch of the cabin they had rented on the outskirts of Doolin cave and close to Moher. It was a lovely lodge quiet and private.
"About what will await me now that I will be a free woman, and whether I will ever be able to have the things I wanted when I first married Jeremy, because, I just cannot force my dreams and expectations on you Ville, or anyone else, and I don't even know If I will ever be ready," Maria said rambling a bit.
Ville walked to her side picked her up from the floor and made her blush as he kissed her deeply. "If you are talking about having children love, as I said there is no rush and no obligation," Ville commented. "It's not that I do not want them, It's just I am not sure what you would want for our future," Maria said. "I want you to be happy with me no matter what else we decide," Ville said sparking a flame of desire in her eyes. "I love you so much," she said as he held her close, he said nothing and he did not need to she knew he did too.
Everything had gone fantastically for them these past days, they were happy and both looked more relaxed. However, she had not expected to run into Jeremy's sister in a local restaurant. Despite the fact that the woman began offending her and trying to put her down, Maria was not going to allow herself to be stepped over and ridiculed no longer.
Ville had wanted to interfere but Maria had asked him to stay out of it, she had to start building her backbone, and not letting everyone else fight her wars for her. "I don't care whom he is with, whether he is furious or not, what you brother did to me has no name, and I will make sure he pays for it for the rest of his life!" Maria said sternly, "You damn witch! why can't you just let him go! you are ruining his life! He loved you once, you are still his wife! You were both gonna have a baby!" Gloria stated, "A baby he killed, a life he damned, and despite the fact that Mina will forever be in my heart and I will forever hurt for losing her, I am glad that Jeremy hurt me and that he pushed me out of his life this way! For I have found myself and my soulmate in this storm!" Maria sated.
"That dude will never take you seriously he is a rockstar! Maria a singer! he has fans, groupies do you really think he is going to waste his time devoted to only one woman! The way Jeremy is devoted to you!" Gloria stated spitefully at an increasingly angered Finn. "And as for Mina had you been more careful and respectful of Jeremy's place and your positons you would have carried her to full term, but no! you had to be messing around causing all sorts of scandals!" Gloria added.
Maria stared at her, one one hand she was absolutely infuriated at how she had the gall to justify his actions, on the other hand, she understood her, Gloria loved Jeremy she was close to him and his sister "Listen I know he is your brother and it hurts, I get you if anyone had hurt my sisters the way he did me I would be pissed, but I am not excusing his behavior, the death of my child and his abuse or the fact that he attacked my family's business and my partner's home while I was away in rehab, he needs to grow up assume his mistakes and let go of me!" Maria said.
Ville stared proudly at the woman that had stolen his heart but stood by cautious of the other woman. Gloria looked deeply incensed but proceeded to storm out of the restaurant. Maria assured the manager nothing had to be done against her, that she was an old friend and that she was merely settling private matters with her. "I am so proud of you from a wilted flower to a rose in bloom, you bloom in gloom my love, my sanguine," he said kissing her hand, but hoping this whole fiasco would be over soon, Maria needed to have a fresh start in her life.
"And you are my light and I will never run the other way, I would rather run from the sun, and live under the moonlight smile of your angelic face," Maria said making him swoon.
