Kai is a girl who all her life always being compare to other kid by her mother, her father left her for another woman when she was 5.
she always get bullied by other kid because of her look (white-silver hair and a ruby blood eye) and everytime she went home, her mother would ask what happen to her and when she explain to her mother what happen, instead of comforting her she said "it's probably your own fault, you probably provoke them or do something that made them hate you". Then Kai just went into her room, crying in silent.
Kai always wonder what it feels like to have a loving family, what it feels like to be acknowledged by others or what it feels like to have friends that support her.
Then one day, fed up with all the bullying and her mother neglecting and not care if she starved or not she finally decided to run away from her so called 'home'. she packed all the stuff she need (she doesn't have anything that are important to her) and she take the money that she have been secretly saving for years.
After she's done preparing all that she need, then she sneak toward the door but she was caught by her mother. She looked at Kai carrying her backpack and all, then ask her.
Kai's Mom : Where you think you're going in the middle of the night?"
Her voice's grumbling (sounded like an old hag she is 😒)
Kai just stood there and take a deep breath before responding to her mother question.
Kai : I'm leaving this house...
For GOOD.
Hearing what Kai just said, her mother becomes irritated and she twitched her eyes looking at Kai, then said.
Mom : how dare you try to leave this house without my consent. (Angry)
Kai just snap hearing what her so called 'mother' just said and yell.
Kai : I DONT NEED YOUR DAMN CONSENT!!! AFTER YOU NEGLECT AND STARVE ME NEARLY TO DEATH FOR 5 FRICKIN YEARS, NOW YOU'RE TELLING ME THAT I NEED YOUR CONSENT TO LEAVE?!!!
Kai's mom eye widen and she became furious of what her daughter just did.
Kai's Mom : alright fine from today onward you are no longer my daughter
Kai : Fine!!! I never wish to be born as your daughter and I NEVER considered you as my mother.
Kai's Mom didn't react to what Kai just said, she smiled instead and said.
Kai's Mom: you know I'm glad you finally out of this house...
cause that mean I can finally bring my boyfriend here and do whatever I want.
(With a grin on her damn face, that's right I (Author) just said that)
Kai is taken back by what her mother just said and almost burst into tears but she manage to hold it in and then she just left mom and house just like that without looking back at her mom.
After awhile
She arrive at the train station and buy a ticket, she choose to go to Pulau Rintis the furthest place from Kuala Lumpur. After she bought the ticket, she went in the train and take find her seat.
Kai : sigh~
Kai : I finally get out of that place, I'll never going back to that place ever again.
After saying that Kai quickly fell asleep, it's like a heavy weight just lifted from her shoulder.
