I'm not him

Raven walked through the door to her room she wrapped her arms around herself and bit her lip as she fought the tears threatening to spill. It was her fault he got hurt because of her. She looked at her reflection. Just as things had started looking up it was taking away.

Robin and her had only just begun to confess there feelings and now there all gone as if they were never there. He doesn't love her he doesn't even know who she is. Because she couldn't protect him.

A lump formed in her throat as her chest felt like it would explode. the light above her shatered the books and paper went flying around the room circling her. she held herself closer, tighter like he would if he was here.

He was always there for her. he always saved her. He was lucky to be alive what if because of her."NO". She violently shook her head as everything came to a stop falling around her.

She couldn't think such things she had to remain in control. Everyday they risk there lives and he's not gone they will bring him back.

Raven looked up as she heard a knock on her door. When she opened it she looked up to see cyborg. he seemed nervous.

"I'm sorry raven he took off". Raven sighed.

"I'll go get him it's fine".

She walked past without another word. she knew cyborg tried to stop him but this robin didn't want to be here. he didn't have any reason to not really.

She was flying around town searching through their bond. She heard his thoughts figures he doesn't know how to block them.

"I don't know what to do I don't know where I can go. oh hotties thats a good start". Ravens stomach turned as she heard boy blunders thoughts.

Of course he doesn't know how I feel and what we are or whatever. Raven shook her head she had to find him first. As Raven kept on flying she came across a large group of girls.

If boy blunders anywhere it would be there. Raven thought rolling her eyes. She landed out side the crowd and pushed her way through making it closer and closer to him.

There he was sitting with a couple of the prettier girls with both arms around each one at his side giggling at everything he says.

"Hey Robin you need to come back with me."
The girls turned and gave raven a disgusted look.

"Who are you supposed to be." the one to robins right said she was a rather pretty brunets with gorges brown eyes. but her shirt was just a little to pulled down for ravens liking.

"pay no attention to her." robin waved dismissively at raven.

"what are you doing here robin. huh where are you gonna go we have a lot of enemy's."

"It doesnt madder where I go. I am not him and I'm not going back." Robin gave her a glare and just like that the two had a stare down.

"Robin let's leave this loser is bringing down the vibes" The blonde girl to robins left spoke she had messy blonde hair and crystal blue eyes however her make up was caked on compared to her friends more natural look and this girl had shorts so short on, raven wasn't sure that they were much more than a couple pieces of thread holding some material.

Ravens eyes softened as she sighed and again robin sore that pain. That looking at him hurt her and like she didn't even want him to come back.

"Robin please you need to come back. you were right we are just a group of freaks. An alien princess who was on the run, a half human half cyborg experimentation, beast boy also experimented on he wasn't born green and me a half demon who when you found me you where the first person who had shown me any kindness even though you knew nothing about me you knew I needed a home. Robin you gave us four freaks a home a place where we belong and can make something of our selves you made us hero's we need you." Ravens voice was so raspy fighting back tears as she pleaded. Robin just looked away and got up.

"Please robin don't tell me your gonna turn down free food and a bed".

Robin turned to her for a moment the girls raven had forgotten about during her heart felt speech coming back into view with there glares as they stood to go to robins side.

"I don't even know who I am and I don't know if I can be who you want". Robin froze for a moment he didn't mean to sound that vulnerable.

"So are you really gonna walk away from the people who know exactly who you are".

Robin didn't know how but he could feel it how much pain she was in and he just couldn't bring himself to walk away. instead he turned around and said. "I want to know who I am but I reserve the right to walk away when I know."
Raven nooded and he turned to walk with her. The girls went to stop him and say something but raven used her powers to stop them and blow them all away to a safe distance.

"did you have to do that I must have a fan club." Robin smirked.

Raven stared blankly at him and walked ahead to go back to the tower all while making sure he was following.

The walk was completely silent which both teens where okay with raven didn't want to say anymore it felt hard talking to him. and robin didn't like how mushy and awkward it got. It was enough opening up for him.

As they walked through the doors raven teleported to her room.

"Friend Robin you have returned". Starfire flew up to him.

"Yeah bird girl convinced me you guys can help me figure out who I am then I'm gone red sorry its just the way its gotta be".

star smiled softly to him. "you'll change your mind I'm sure of it now to your room." Star took off down the hall. Robin followed behind slowly to she showed him his room and he nooded good bye.

Star understood it was night and he didn't really feel comfortable with them yet so she left with a small wave.

As robin walked in he sat on the bed and looked at the mirror to see the shattered glass and he smiled.

"Shit guesses that cyborg was right. well I am the one who pissed her off in the first place.
