"Ahoy Matey." (Hello, friend.)

The brown haired vampire grinned at her making rage to consume her whole form. His canines aren't on display anymore but yet she feels ferocious.

With a growl she charged on him with the sword in her hand. She swung the sword to slash his chest but he abruptly moved aside from her attack smiling smugly.

He's enjoying it!

So Rose stopped attacking and stood in front of him with ragged breathing. Sword in her hands yet she never knew how to use this thing before tonight. She gazed at his every move with her wide eyes whereas Celia still sat near Baltasar crying and just looking at them tears formed in her eyes again.

For a fraction of second she got distracted and the brown haired man with icy skin was in front of her like a flash.

"Abooo!" He yelled near her ear making her flinch as she let out a gasp and abruptly moved away from him but he quickly snatched the sword from her.

Rose gulped as she stared at him; he threw her sword away and motioned at her to attack him. She clenched her jaw knowing fully well that he can kill her in the blink of an eye yet he's doing foreplay with her.

She can feel gazes on her as vampires start to surround them. Is this some sort of a game and before she could comprehend he charged on her. She barely saved her face from an inch from his fist.

Her eyes landed on the dagger in his waistband and she grabbed it. The vampire let out a chuckle. He's enjoying it and what scared her more was that he wasn't using his powers. She knows all those myths, she knows what these monsters are capable of.

Before she could attack him with her dagger. A shrill cry of an all too familiar voice reached her ears and blood froze in her veins. Her head snapping towards the direction where a man was carrying Caspian from his leg up side down as if Caspian isn't human. Caspian's face was red and he wailed her name loudly for help.

"NO!" Rose screamed on top of her lungs as she sprinted towards the man holding Caspian but strong arms wrapped around her as that brown haired guy abruptly pulled her hands behind her back; taking his dagger back from her hand. He wrapped her wrists with rope tightly as she struggled wildly.

But all her struggles died down when that brown haired man whispered something in her ear and everything went black. Last thing in her sight was the crying and red face of Caspian.

Soft tapping on her cheek disturbed her peaceful slumber as she groaned out due to burnt pain on her left shoulder. She slowly opened her eyes and then blinked once and then twice but still met with the darkness.

"Rosi? Rosi?" A hush whisper of Caspian from beside her had her eyes snapping open widely as she shot up to sit properly. "Caspian?" She mumbled as slowly her eyes adjusted to the darkness and everything that happened last night sinked in her mind making her scared, not for herself but for her little brother.
