My Highschool Romance

My first day at school

6:30! ( my alarm rings)

Holy shit!, I still feel so sleepy, it feels like I didn't even sleep through the night at all. I dragged my lazy self off the bed and rushed into the bathroom to take my bath since I'm not planning to be late on my first day at school.
In about twenty minutes I was done with everything and scampared down the stairs to grab my breakfast, surprisingly no one's down yet, even breakfast wasn't prepared yet. Well I didn't let that bother me since I didn't know how things were done at home. I just grabbed an orange juice and some left over muffins from the fridge.
While stuffing my mouth with a muffin, Mark came down and I was thinking to myself "why is he still on pajamas?", Well it's not something that should bother me.
"Hey sis, aren't you late for school already?" He said with a smirk on his face. I checked my time and it's already 7:20am... Wtf!, I planned to leave home by 7:00am and I'm already twenty minutes late. I rushed out of the house but on getting outside the sky was still so dark outside.
I didn't even let that bother me as my mind was already troubled with the fact that I'm running late for school.

I got to school and no student was there yet but just a janitor and the security guards. The guard questioned me on my identity and I showed him my ID card, after confirming that I'm a bonafide student of the school he let me in. Honestly speaking, I started to bother about the fact that no student was in school yet, I took a peep at my wristwatch and it was already 8:00 am then I decided to ask one of the janitors what the time says " It's 5:22 am" he said.

I take a look at the time on my phone and it says it's already
8:00 am.
This is bad!, what in the world is wrong with my phone. Phones don't just magically reset time unless something is wrong. As I was scrolling through my phone to see what went wrong I received an anonymous message which read: "Lavy seems to love school the most!! 😝😝😂". Oh my gosh! I'm gonna kill Mark, no one else could have done this other than him. As I was fuming in anger I had to remind myself that I can't ruin my first day at school all because of a silly and yet childish prank that my brother pulled.

  I already found my class, so I just sat on a seat at the rear end of the class playing Candy Crush on my phone. In just about ten minutes, two girls walked into the class.
"Hi" I waved at them with a huge grin that formed on my mouth. The girls just looked at me scornfully and continued to mind  their business.
Shit!, I just can't believe I've been snubbed, I should have just ignored them in the first place. Being the type of person that I am I cannot let what happened to just slide by, I have to teach them some manners.
"You know, the least you could have done was to wave back at me" I said raising my eyebrows.
"Ha! What's she saying?" The  blonde hair girl said, looking at me straight in the eyes. "It looks like we are gonna have to teach her some lesson" the other girl said.
...
Wtf! Is happening here, I'm not certain of what's going on now but I'm certain this girls mean no good, what are they planning to do with me.
