*queen barb, riff, king thrash and princess shadow were headed to volcano rock city with poppy who is in a cage*
*meanwhile with the snack-pack and rarity*
Biggie (whispering): okay come on let's go! let's go! let's go!
*the snack-pack and rarity tiptoe but legsly's anklet gives them away*
Sid-fret: hey stop right there
*the snack-pack and rarity freeze instantly*
Rarity (whispering): legsly I told you not to wear your ANKLET!
Sid-fret: only rock trolls are allowed back here
Rarity: um well it's funny you should mention that because we are genuine hard rockers!
*the snack-pack and rarity jump down in their rock outfits (rarity's outfit is from the season 7 episode "it isn't the mane thing about you") *
Mr. dinkles: one two three four!
the snack-pack and rarity: Rainbows, unicorns, Everything nice, yeah Sugarplums, fairy dust Everything nice, yeah
Mr. dinkles: Brush your teeth!
Sid-fret:...cool
sid-fret: hurry up.. the show's about to start! queen barb and princess shadow are about to go on!
*sid said while giving each of the snack-pack and rarity instruments*
Smidge: we're screwed...
*meanwhile with barb, shadow and poppy*
*two rock trolls were dragging poppy to her cage*
Queen barb: so popcorn is being my best friend everything you could have ever dreamed of?
*the two rock trolls throw poppy into her cage as shadow locks it*
Poppy: I am not your best friend
Queen barb: you don't have to be embarrassed, me and shadow get it being queen and princess can be kinda lonely...
*barb and shadow look out over at the other rock trolls*
Queen barb: there's all this pressure to be a great queen and mom...
*poppy looks up understanding barb what she means*
Queen barb: and instead of real friends you're just surrounded by people you just want to tell you what they want to hear
Queen barb: y'know other than your terrible taste in music and clothing and general lifestyle you and I are the same popsqueak
Poppy: uh *scoffs* no we're not
Princess shadow: we're both queens and princesses who just wanna unite the world
Poppy: you two don't wanna unite the world you wanna destroy it
Queen barb: nuh-uh no way no, we don't know who told you that
Princess shadow: music has done nothing but divide us and now that we have the final string we can make us all one nation of trolls under rock
*barb attaches the final string to the guitar and starts to do unnatural things*
Queen barb: haha!
Poppy: what are you two gonna do?
Queen barb: play the ultimate power chord and then *chuckles* you'll see
Queen barb: now I gotta get ready for the show so shadow, keep an eye on popsqueak okay?
Princess shadow: oh don't worry mom I won't let her out of my sight
Queen barb: good now don't do anything stupid!
*shadow eyes poppy and smirks evilly*
Poppy: shadow why would you wanna do all of this? you're an ali-human just like the others
*shadow runs up close to poppy's cage as her magic sparks glaring at her*
Princess shadow: I am nothing like the others we are different kinds of ali-humans...but if you so badly want to know why I wanna do this then I'll explain
*poppy is then surrounded by smoke*
Princess shadow: It's time you learned a lesson
Princess shadow: It's time that you understand
Princess shadow: don't ever count on anybody else, in this or any other land
*shadow sang while circling poppy as her magic sparks brightly*
Princess shadow: I once hoped for family, to find a place among my kind
Princess shadow: but those were the childish wishes of someone who was blind
Princess shadow: Open up your eyes!
Princess shadow: see the world from where I stand! me among the mighty, you caged at my command
*shadow sang while hopping on a high space staring down at poppy*
Princess shadow: open up your eyes!
Princess shadow: give up your sweet fantasy land! it's time to grow up and get wise
Princess shadow: come now little troll, open up your eyes!
*shadow sang while hopping down looking towards poppy then forward*
*shadow shows poppy a flashback of when the ali-humans were all younger hopping around and playing with each other*
Princess shadow: we all start out the same, with simple naive trust
Princess shadow: shielded from the many ways that life's not fair or just
Princess shadow: but then there comes a moment a simple truth that you must face
Princess shadow: if you depend on others you'll never find your place...
*the flashback pop trolls steal the strings and run, the ali-humans start to grow weaker, then the elders take the other strings and ali-humans separating them while the ali-humans cry wanting each other back*
Princess shadow (starting to break down a little bit): and as you take that first step upon a path that's all your own...
*flashback of young shadow then grows an evil smile on her face*
Princess shadow: you see it all so clearly, the best way to survive is all alone
*The flashback is then over leaving poppy with a shocked face*
Princess shadow: Open up your eyes!
Princess shadow: see the world from where I stand! me among the mighty, you caged at my command
*shadow circles poppy again and stares at her with Sombra eyes with purple smoke and sharp fangs*
Princess shadow: Open up your eyes!
Princess shadow: and behold the faded songs, it's time to grow up and get wise
Princess shadow: come now little troll, open up your eyes!
*the roof then goes up that poppy's cage is attached to when queen barb comes back dressed up for the concert*
Princess shadow: OPEN UP YOUR EYES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
