Sams POV:
I had called Colby to pick me up, I was beaten almost to death by my old "friends".
Colbys was mad because he heard me on the phone with my baby cousin who was like 4. The messages were old ones between an ex and I. We arrive at my house, we drove in silence. "Colby...... can you stay so I can explain when I'm done showering?" I ask tears almost how spilling out. "Sam, I didn't plan on leaving until I knew you were safe and I was gonna ask what was happening anyway.." he told me as he sat down. I got a quick shower. "And the messages were an old ex...." I finish my explanation hoping he's understanding and believes me, he nods and pulls me onto his lap. "Sammy, I shouldn't have reacted the way I did it was wrong" he said sadly. "It's ok, and it was Max...." I said, "Hmm Max? WAIT HES THE ONW WHO DID THIS?!" He got mad very quick. I clung onto him as if we were cling wrap. I weighed him down so he wasn't able to go kill Max. "Colbs.... it's not worth it I just want you here to take care of me!" I tell him.
