Superhero Love - Lukadrien

Chapter 29

-This had definitely been a mistake- Viperion Écarlate cried as he contemplated in horror the scene that he had caused. He was so shocked that he seemed to have forgotten that he could remedy his mistake going back in time.

A moment ago he had tried to use his lucky charm and everything turned into chaos in a matter of seconds, he wondered thinking "what the hell happened in my head to think it was a good idea?".

... 5 minutes ago ...

Despite the destruction of the place, and the large amount of rubble, the snake observed some bottles of alcoholic beverages, it was evident that the villain's insane behavior could stem from a severe alcoholism problem. He took advantage of the fact that many bottles had been destroyed and that liquid was spread in the room.

Viperion wanted to light one of his matches, but if he attracted attention, his enemy could kill his friend.  He was staring at the villain, looking for a distraction opportunity to execute his plan.

And Écarlate could see how Hawkmoth was absorbed while he was torturing the one in black... how that damn bastard cut him with his dagger to the side of his body, without mercy...

The room was enveloped by the cat's screams of agony... Without thinking twice the snake lit the match, dropping it on that flammable liquid.

Quickly everything began to be consumed by flames, the garden was being destroyed and all the butterfly cocoons with them, and the butterflies flew covered in fire.

-What the hell?!-  the angry moth yelled.

Taking advantage of the confusion, the hero broke the pipe that he had previously visualized, it turned out to be gas making the fire spread more quickly.

Luka hoped that the moth would let go of his friend and be able to rescue him during the chaos, but the reality was different..

Hawkmoth was so angry that he thoughtlessly drove the dagger into the boy's heart, and threw him hatefully into the flames... without caring about his ring and much less the cat.

Viperion had tried to rescue him with his yoyo before he threw him but he didn't catch him in time. Even his yoyo was destroyed by fire when he tried.

While Chat was consumed by the flames it was detransforming showing his true identity... -Adrien- said the one in red quite distressed, and it was not unnoticed by Adrien's father.

-It doesn't matter anymore... Nothing matters...- Hawkmoth was next to that strange box that was being engulfed by flames. Even though he was burning, he didn't seem to care, he was crying desperately. -Emily... I failed you... you and Adrien-

The flames were getting more intense, they had to escape soon. -We must go!- Even if the snake hated him, he wouldn't be a hero if he let him die.

-I will not escape, I deserve to die, I destroyed my family, I killed my son...- the man cried desperately- If I had abandoned this absurd idea before I would not have finished with everything I loved...- The man was clinging to death, that Viperion decided to leave the place but not even five seconds passed when the oxygen tank, which Emily had connected, exploded killing that terrible villain.

He was looking at the whole scene in flames, his plan had failed and he only felt useless ... he was unable to save him, and he was just a pyromaniac idiot.

The redone sighed trying to forget it, because it would be just a horrible nightmare and it would be overwritten with the new destiny that he was ready to create -Second Chance-
