The First Gamble

I reluctantly sat down at the table. 

"Well, I think we should do a little bit of gambling," Mary said, smiling "Oh and don't worry we are not betting real money. For now at least."

I sighed. At least I won't have to pay anything.

This is not a real gambling game. It is just one I made up. Don't bully me on how realistic this is please😀

                                                                                                                                                                                 

"The rules are simple. We both lay out 6 numbered cards in front of us. You have to roll these dice 6 times and write down our answers. Whoever has more matching numbers wins the amount we bet at the beginning. The loser pays half of what the other won," She explained "Get it?"

I nodded my head. We decided to "bet" 100 yen to start out. I layed out 6 cards in front of me. I rolled my dice. 

4...6...2...1...2...4

We both flipped over our cards. I only had two matches, 4 and 1. Mary won.

*time skip after the game is over*

The game went on for almost an hour. She won 5 wins to 4. It wasn't a game I needed to think hard for, so I didn't mind it to much. Though I had a feeling this isn't the last time I had to gamble.

"Good game!" Mary said in excitement, "it would be a lot more fun if it was legit of course...lets do this again some other time." Her eyes were sparkling with desire.

She skipped of to the dorms. I was packing my things up when I felt a hand on my shoulder.

"Hey baby,"

It was a guy from an upper class.

"Um hi sorry I have to go back to my dorm-" I tried to scramble away, but his grip was firm.

"How about I take you back to my room? I'll show you a great time," The man smirked.

I froze in fear. He started to pull me closer when a voice interrupted.

"I'm afraid you'll have none of that," 

It was the braided girl from earlier! She was sitting on the railing of the upper floor.

"How 'bout you go scurry back to the dorms? Id love to have a chat about this later!" She said with a smile. You could easily tell it was not genuine.

The man quickly left the room and headed for the dorms. Not bothering to give me another look.

The mysterious woman jumped down from the railing. "Oh dear. You know how men are," she said.

I was still shaken but responded in a feeble yes.

"I hope your first day was good. I know how it is being a transfer and all." She moved closer to me. But for some reason, I didn't mind. I let her. Her hand moved to my hips, caressing me softly. 

"Feel free to visit my office anytime..." And with that she left, disappearing into the halls.
