Sorry if the Slimecicle fanfics are getting annoying lol I'm just randomly getting ideas that I wanna write

MASSIVE TRIGGER WARNINGS: PTSD Flashbacks, Dissociation, trauma, mentions of traumatic car accident, blood, screaming, swearing

(The reason this part is chaotic and spastic is because that's what a PTSD flashback is like. It's confusing as hell, it's loud, it's all over the place, and it's almost as intense as the traumatic event itself. What is written here is not what all flashbacks are like.)

Charlie and Grace sat on the couch, reading in silence. Grace was cuddled up next to Charlie, leaning on him as she turned the page in her book. Charlie smiled in her direction. She was adorable when she was completely engrossed in her reading. Little did Charlie know, she felt the same way about him. Charlie turned back to his own book. He only managed to read a few more words when a knock at their door startled them both. They both gasped and jumped. Grace immediately turned to Charlie.

"It was the door." She said. Charlie nodded, smiling to let her know he was okay. She smiled back, and they both laughed at their own jumpiness.

"That's Nate." Charlie said. He put his bookmark in his book and got up. Charlie walked to the door and checked the peephole. He turned to Grace and nodded, opening the door.

"Charlie!!" Nate said.

"Hello Grizzlyplays!" Charlie said in a funny voice.

Nate was visiting Charlie from Texas. He was planning on staying with the young couple for a few days before returning to his home. Charlie let Nate inside and helped him with his bags. Grace greeted Nate from the living room.

"Hey Nate." She said, smiling.

"Wassup, Grace?!" Nate said.

"How was your flight?" Grace asked.

"It was good. Pretty calm, nothing exciting happened." Nate said and Charlie appeared next to him.

"That's good." Charlie said. Nate nodded.

"You hungry?" Grace offered.

"Nah, I'm good. I ate before the flight." Nate told them.

"Cool. Come sit down, man. How've you been?" Charlie led Grace and Nate over to the couch and they all sat down.

The three friends talked for hours, catching up and sharing stories. Around midnight, they decided it was a great idea to put on a shitty horror movie. They grabbed snacks and blankets and sat on the couch. Grace hid behind Charlie for most of the movie, which Charlie definitely was not complaining about. He had his arm protectively around her the whole time.

When the movie ended, Grace requested they watch a cute movie so they weren't going to bed with crappy horror movie effects on their minds. Nate and Charlie let her pick the movie, which they instantly regretted when she chose Lilo and Stitch. Of course, neither one actually disliked Grace's choice, but they played it up like they did.

Grace fell asleep on Charlie halfway through the movie, and Nate and Charlie both nearly fell asleep with her. When the movie was almost over, Charlie made the decision for all of them that it was bedtime. They lazily cleaned everything up, set Nate up on the couch, and they all went to bed.

The next day was the day Nate and Charlie had planned to make lucrative out of Nate's visit. They planned on recording a couple videos together and then streaming at some point.

As the day passed, the boys recorded Minecraft, Dead by Daylight-which they had somehow managed to rope Grace into playing with them-Golf With Friends (which Grace and Condi also joined them for), and now they were setting everything up to stream on Twitch.
