Yukis pov

Our mother and father took away our brothers powers for good they wanted him to live a life of peace and friends not having to worry about killing and having blood on his hands we agreed that this was a safe thing but now I don't know

After we brought y/n home we noticed that his eyes were bleeding we freaked out and ran to our moms room where she was talking on the phone

Yuki: mother y/ns eyes are bleeding

Alex: mom what's happening to him

Jane:......

Our mother dropped the phone and walked over to us slowly we knew what was gonna happen but no matter how much we prepare it still hurts Our mother walked up to us and picked up y/ns body she opened his eyes and saw that they where damaged and simple magic wouldn't work

Mother: (was looking at her baby) what happened to his eyes

Yuki: issei.......

The name was all that set her off in a flash she picked up yuki and threw her into the next room through the wall

Jane: it wasn't her fault issei got the drop on us and attacked him

Mother grabbed Jane and slammed her head first into the floor

Alex backed away not saying a word

Mother: Alex tell me what really happened

Alex:(visibly scared) it's what they said that was the truth

Mother: then I'm sorry I never wanted to do this I'm just so mad our baby....will need time To heal for now take him into his room and put him in a deep sleep until the magic has fully healed him and get me Claire I need to talk to her

Alex: s-shes already here she's waiting in the living room

Mother: good

It never gets easy but at lest Alex is still awake this time usually she goes after us all unlike last time

Flashback

It was just like this y/n was playing at the schools playground he was only 8 at the time when these school bullies attacked him and Claire they harassed Claire by trying to grope her but y/n fought back at the time me Alex and Jane where 12 years old and waiting  at home when our mother came running in the front door like the house was on fire she had tears in her eyes and was running around the house looking for something what we didn't know was that y/n was in the hospital

He had a broken arm and leg his lower jaw was dislocated and his lungs had collapsed he had a lot of bruises on his face chest and stomach what every these bullies did it was horrible we never saw our mother this scared and panicky not since fathers passing it was scary our mother was with him for months and when she came home she wasn't her self she was different and one day she snapped she picked me up and threw me slammed Janes head into the floor and gut punched Alex we all agreed Alex got off easy

After our powers healed us we where afraid of mother after that until she started to cry and hug us she pleaded for an apology and we did she swore to never hit us I guess things change but we agreed if she ever did hit us we would make sure it was for a good reason

Flashback Ends

It was the present and mother had Claire in her room

Claire's pov

Miss lion heart had me sit down on her bed I was getting scared when she pulled out a ring

Lion heart: Claire I need you to give this too my y/n he's gonna need it if he's gonna heal

Claire: why me

Lion heart: it can only be someone who's in his heart and he loves you

I knew that wasn't true he only saw me as a friend up to the point of his memory loss but I still wanted to try I loved him too so I grabbed the ring and left to y/ns room

Claire: please y/n don't reject my love please

I placed the rind on his finger but nothing his mother and sisters where watching from the door way

Lion heart: she wasn't the one then..... who

Yuki: could it be issei

Alex: no it couldn't be his memory was erased

Jane: maybe the rings dead

Claire: no....it's issei

I had tears in my eyes I knew it was too good to be true but I still wanted to try

Lion heart: damn that dragon he was supposed to erase his memory of her he said he would

Yuki: what......what if he didn't

Claire: then we are gonna have to get issei over here

From the window came a voice we never knew would bring us joy

Issei: I'm already here
