Simple answer NM and Dream you didn't notice cause Fate had control, I mean which puppeteer would let anyone know they have puppets? Or let the puppets themself speak without punishment. Sad isn't it? But it's broken illusion, the strings have been cut and the two have been set free from the cage

I frown, as I gently tap Error's shoulder... I knew things were bad but... This was worse then any of my theories...
Error snapped back to reality and had almost fired a gaster blaster at me before he stopped realizing who I was, he looked sorry... I try to smile at him... But it's hard with what I was just told...
