One of the doors opened and a man walked in.

"My name is Satotz. Some of you will die, so if you want to leave, the elevator is right over there." No one left. "Alright, the Hunter Exam starts now." He started running in the opposite way of the elevator.

"Killua, if we get separated, just keep going. I'll find you." He nodded, and we began our jog. As time went on, it felt like Satotz was speeding up. People slowly started to drop out, but this was simple. I've done much worse. I lost Killua, but he shouldn't have a problem with this, Illumi made him do much worse.

I don't know how long it's been, but I can see the light. I run a little faster, passing a few people. Before I could pass the finish line, two small blobs sprinted to the finish line. Once I got there, I saw the two people that finished before me: Killua and a boy around his age. I walk up to them.

"Killua. I'm so happy you made it." Time to embarrass him.

"Baka. Of course I made it. We've been through much worse." I bent down and gave him a huge hug. "I know what you are doing," he whispered. All I could do was smile.

"Killua, who's this?" Before Killua could answer, I released him from my hold and looked at the other boy.

"I'm Itsumi, Killua's older sister."

"Hi! I'm Gon!" He was so adorable. "Killua, your sister is so pretty."

"She's average." I pushed Killua, making him fall onto the ground.

"G-GON, M-MY BRIEF-BRIEFCASE." I looked at the older man walking up to us with another boy. I stood in front of the two boys, not wanting them anywhere near this sweaty man. Gon grabbed my hand.

"It's okay! That's Leorio, and he's Kurapika!" I was still hesitant. I was going to say something, but Satotz started talking about the next part of the exam.

"We will be going through the Misty Wetlands. Just follow me, and you will make it. This place is full of illusions, so be careful. Stay close." The group started running again, telling us that Satotz was running. While I was running, I could see someone getting encircled. I couldn't tell if it was an illusion, but my curiosity got the best of me.

"Killua. Gon. I'll meet you at the end." Gon grabbed my hand.

"We shouldn't split up."

"It's okay. I'll meet you guys later." I ran away from the group to the weird figures I saw before. I hid behind a tree and watched a man kill everyone in one single movement. I was surprised, but what surprised me even more was when Kurapika and Leorio jumped out from the trees on the other side. They are going to get themselves killed. I watched as they ran off into separate directions, but Leorio ran back, attempting to fight him. The dude punched him in the face, knocking him out. He grabbed his phone and picked up Leorio, throwing him over his shoulder.

Kurapika ran back to save his friend, but I knew the same thing was going to happen, so I ran out and blocked the dude's attack. His card fell to the ground, splitting into two. I told Kurapika to stand behind me.

"A new challenger. What's your name beautiful?"

"No of your business. Drop him."

"Why should I do that? I'll tell you my name, if you tell me yours."

"Itsumi."

"Hisoka."

"Let him go." He gave me a smug smile, sending shivers down my back.

"If I win, you'll have to join me. If you win, I'll give him to you. Deal?" I thought about it.

"Deal."

"Show me what you got." I started out showing Hisoka my Ten, then Ren. I incorporated my Hatsu, by turning my aura into water. "I can feel the power coming off you. Why do you make me feel like this?" He started moaning like he was getting off on my Nen. Before I could attack, he got a phone call from someone. He placed his finger up, signaling me to wait. I couldn't hear what he was saying, but when he hung up, he had a smile on his face.

"I'll bring him to the finish line for you." He picked up Leorio and ran somewhere. I lost his figure in the fog. I looked back at Kurapika.

"Are you okay?"

"Yes." I could tell he was skeptical about me.

"Let's make it to the finish line."

It took a while, but the fog was clearing up and we saw others standing in front of a wall. Just as we made it, I was met with an excited Gon.

"You made it!" His smile was so infectious.

"I told you not to worr-" My concentration drifted when I saw Hisoka again. "I'll be right back." I walked towards Hisoka, but he was talking to the guy with pins in his face. I didn't care though.

"Hisoka." He turned away and stared at me.

"Ahh. Hello."

"We never got to fight."

"Don't worry, we will soon fight. You are a beautiful sight tho." Being near him made me feel slightly on edge. Maybe it was the dude he's with because he wouldn't stop staring at me. I walked away and headed back to the group.
