Hello
this is my first Doctor Who fanfic so please be nice, but tell me what you think about it.

The doctor was scarred, so afraid. He was in his 12th regeneration. His last according to the Time Lords rules, and he was regenerating. He could feel it. He felt the spinning. His hearts racing. His ever faithful companion fighting her tears, trying to be brave for him. His TARDIS trying to help him, with her humming, telling him that everything would be alright. He gave his lovely companion a hug with tears running down his face, ruining her new shirt, she didn't mention it, she probably didn't think about it.
It was weird, he should be happy; he had done so much, seen so much. He had saved the universe more times that he could count. He had fallen in love. He had had wonderful friends, who had trusted him, hugged him when he needed it, and held his hand. Just like she did it now, but before he burst into flames she would have to leave him and the TARDIS. It wasn't safe for her there with him anymore.
"Thank you" then he let go of her and went in to the TARDIS, who welcomed him, with her humming.
It was almost time now. He considered flying her to an abandoned planet, but thought better of it.
He didn't want to leave earth in his last minutes, he loved that planet too much for that. He felt the fire spread though his last body, the TARDIS trying to calm him down, a hologram appeared in front of him, it was a woman, she wore a deep blue dress, she put her arms around him, and somehow his body responded and placed his arms around her.
"It's going to be okay Doctor, I am going to get you though this" she held him as he regenerated.
