Andrew, The Guide, glanced around the empty forest. It was night already, but yet there were no monsters around the village.
"This is abnormal..." he mummured.
"Oi, Andrew where are the dang monsters?" The Steampunker, Lydia complained with a Cockney accent.
Andrew turned to look at her and shrugged.
"I don't know."
"Bummer 'hough, i wan'ed 'o gun down some monsters..." Lydia said as inspected her rifle.
Andrew turned around and scanned the the forest.
"MONSTERS SIGHTED ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE WALL!!!" The Tavernkeep, Bill, shouted as he ran up to them.
"What!?" Andrew replied in shock.
Lydia glanced at him and said,"We go''a go 'elp!"
Andrew nodded and ran towards the east sectiom of the wall, not knowing what monsters they could face.
When they arrived, they found Darius, The Arms Dealer with his Minishark in his hands.
"What's the situation, Darius?" Andrew asked as he walked up to him.
Darius glanced at him and replied,"We got an army of Possessed Armours, but they don't seem to be paying attention to us."
"Wha' do you mean, mate?" Lydia asked.
"The Possessed Armours suddenly appeared out of nowhere and they've standing there ever since." Darius explained while cautiously watching at the army.
"Now that's even more strange..." Andrew muttured.
"'Ah many ov 'hose armours are 'here?" Lydia asked.
"Probably more than a hundred, if not more." Darius replied with a shrug.
"Where are they?" Bill questioned as he unsheated his blade.
"Hmm?" Darius glanced at the stocky bartender.
"Bill's 'alking about 'hose Terrarians mate, gosh you don' knah any'hin." Lydia explained.
"You better shut your mouth." Darius said, angrily.
"Awer wha'? Are you gonna use 'ha' naff junk agains' my rifle mate? We knah who's goin 'o lose so shut your mouth mate." Lydia replied with a smug look on her face.
Darius scowled and turned back to face the army of armours.
Suddenly, Andrew saw the armours begin marching towards the village.
"They're moving!" Darius shouted in surprise.
Andrew drew back arrows and fired at the incoming army, but he knew they would do little damage to the incoming horde.
Halfway, the army abruptly came to a stop. A lone individual that wore green armour, stepped out from the crowd.
"I think it's their leader..." Bill said to the others in a soft voice.
The green armored individual bellowed at the top of his lungs,"Where are the Terrarians?"
"The Terrarians? They left the village a few hours ago." Bill shouted in response.
"Well, where are they then?"
"We don't know." Darius replied.
"Stop lying we know they are here." The green armored soldier said as he unsheated a green claymore.
"Really, they aren't here!" Andrew replied in fear.
The green soldier glanced at the army standing behind him and shouted,"We've heard enough, we will raze your pathetic village to the ground for your treacherous lies!"
The soldier pointed his sword at the village walls and immediately, the army behind him moved foward. Drawing crossbows, they began to fire at the NPCs as they moved.
"What do we do!?" Andrew asked.
"We fight!" Bill shouted as he jumped off the wooden wall, his sword drawn.
Andrew unsheated his own blade and followed Bill, who was already fighting off a group of soldiers.
A soldier ran up to him and unsheated his own blade then tried to strike Andrew, but the guide managed to dodge the attack.
Andrew quickly slashed at the soldier, making him fall over. The guide then ran towards a group of soldiers and attacked them. His sword humming as he tore into the soldiers. Spinning, he attacked one soldier, then before the soldier could retaliate, he'd roll to the side and attack another soldier.
Meanwhile, Lydia was busy building something on the wall.
"Are you sure this is worth the wait?" Darius asked.
"Keep your mouth shut you arms dealer, I know what I'm doing." Lydia replied as she hammered a piece of metal.
Bill smashed into another group of soldiers, his blade swinging wildly. Right behind him, Andrew slashed at multiple soldiers who were trying to sneak up on the tavernkeep.
Andrew quickly finished off his group of soldiers and shouted,"There's alot of them!"
"What did you expect?" Bill grunted as a soldier's blade struck him, causing him to fall to one knee.
Andrew ran towards him and swiftly brought his sword down on Bill's attacker.
"Thanks." Bill said as he got up to his feet.
Andrew nodded in acknowledgment and said,"There's way too many for the two of us to take down alone."
Bill glanced at the approaching army and replied,"We can slow them down, right?"
Andrew shook his head,"Their massive army would overwhelm us."
"What would the Terrarians do..." Bill trailed off.
Multiple arrows soared past their heads, the army was nearing.
Andrew sighed and hesitantly replied,"There's only one thing we can do, fight..."
"Are you crazy? That's going to lead to our deaths!" Bill shouted.
"I know, we'll buy them time to finish whatever they're doing up there." Andrew pointed to the wall where Lydia and Darius were building something.
"God you better be right about what they're doing up there." Bill said as he prepared for battle.
I hope I'm right, Andrew thought.
