After grabbing the groceries we decided to just hang out my house. I smiled instantly at how it was coming along, I think I actually would love it here. Our house had some of our items filled in but not fully because we just moved here a month ago. Our house looked warm and inviting with a small porch and swing. It's two stories high with a decent yard and was painted in this pretty white tan color. Inside the entrance had a small foyer with pictures that we had hung up along with a closet to hang up coats.
"Wow this place is amazing." Katy said in awe looking at our spiral stair case, and dinning room. I smiled but rolled my eyes at her.
"Avery is that you?" Mum called walking into the kitchen. "Hello Katy," my mum said polity due to the fact that she liked Katy. "Your not influencing my daughter to misbehave I hope." She stated with a smirk grabbing the groceries. I raised an eyebrow at my mum knowing that sometimes she acted like a kid. Frowning when I remembered the first day I had meet Katy here and she showed Katy my baby pictures... Yup safe to say she's kinda scary. After having a conversation with mum we walked up stairs to my room.
"I'm still jelly you know, you get your own bathroom and closet and I have to crazy brothers I have to share mine with." She stated with a glare.
Sticking out my tongue, I pushed it aside focusing on the real matter.
"What are we going to do about tomorrow?""Well considering that fact we have a test tomorrow and are forced to go to the soccer game, thanks to the bloody schools rules. I say we ditch that class period."
"Eh Katy you know I don't ditch."
"Yeah yeah miss Perfect, however I don't think you want to go darling. Your ex is going to be there.."
"It doesn't matter in all honesty he even said he wasn't interested right that he just wanted to mess with me that one time?" I asked bitting my lip, letting out a sigh.
"We don't know for sure," Katy said walking over to my door. "However I do need to go or my mom will have my head," she stated with wide eyes and a bow. I couldn't help but let my laugh escape at her own silliness. Knowing that tomorrow will be anything but boring.
The next morning I glared at my alarm clock. "Bloody hell," I cursed realizing that I had hit the snooze button a couple times.
"Avery Sccotland! If you don't hurry your bottom down stairs right now your going to be in trouble!" Mum called sounding annoyed. Quickly I put my black curls in a messy bun before putting on a blouse and skinny jeans.
"I'm coming mum!" I shouted running down the stairs trying not to die. Down stairs mum was frantically running trying to find her purse before she was off to work.
"Where could this thing possibly have wondered off to!" Mum growled out in annoyance.
"It grew wings," I muttered in a sarcastic tone under my breath."
"Avery Marie Sccotland!" Wincing I quickly rushed past her.
"Love you mum but I really must be going or I'm going to be late."
"This isn't over, I will get you back for that." I grimaced knowing that once mum had a plan of revenge that my life might as well have been over. After cursing everyone single person in New York on the way to school, I finally arrived to my destination. I quickly spotted Katy making her way towards me with some of our other friends.
"Avery!" Lisa called running over to me. I tired to breathe has she hugged me tightly.
"Lisa I can't breathe," I stated thanking god when she finally let me go to breathe.
"Oh yeah..." She said with her cheeks slightly pink. "So our soccer team is going to kick butt tonight did you hear who the knew Captain is?!" She asked with excitement wiggling her eye brows"No who is it?" I asked not really caring."
"That would be me." A voice called behind me. Turing around I came face to face with Carter
