Second POV

You sat in Yako's boundary in your (f/c) kimono, sipping some tea with her. You had always found her boundary so peaceful to stay in, though there were always a lot of dolls around. Yako had invited you to her boundary earlier which was quite odd since she was always quite hostile towards others, especially humans. Although, you were another school mystery so that may be why. You are No. 0 of (place in the school). You didn't have a very widely spread rumor so not too many people knew about you, more less just the people who were very interested in rumors about the school mysteries.

"How've you been, Yako-san?" You asked, giving a small smile to her.

"I've been fine of course," She replied in a matter-o-factly tone.

"Well thats better than bad!" You said, giving a small clap. There was an awkward silence as you both drank your tea. You were surprised to say the least. Yako had made (favorite/tea) for you, though you had never told her about it. "Yako-san, how did you know that (favorite/tea) was my favorite?"

Yako looked at you and said. "Yashiro-chan had told me."

"So you went out of your way to make me my favorite tea?" Your eyes lit up as you spoke happily.

"Of course not, I merely just wanted you to be comfortable." Yako responded, a bit red. Then there was silence again. It was so quiet in fact that you could hear a pin drop. You looked around her boundary at all the doll parts and scrapped dolls that laid around. You occasionally would look back to Yako and ask questions like "Do you ever plan on making more dolls?" and other things of that nature such as suggestions.

Soon you had finished your tea and poured some more into your cup. It was still quite hot so you had to be careful not to burn your mouth.

"(y/n)-san, are you not wondering why I brought you here?" Yako spoke up after a while of silence.

"I am, but I just enjoy spending time with you so it wouldn't matter. Either way, I am curious." You responded, sipping your tea. Yako moved her hair out of her face slightly before speaking.

"I've just been wondering how love feels. Romantically." Yako questioned, looking at you with her emerald green eyes.

"O-oh, uhm, I guess you could say that they make you happy in a way that nobody else can?" You put down the tea cup and turned slightly pink. Yako stayed silent for a moment before she spoke again.

"Do you know how you would spell it out?" She asked. You thought it was quite an odd question. You were quite confused as to why she would ask such an odd question.

"To be honest, I don't think you spell it. I think you feel it." You explained, rubbing the back of your neck.

"Interesting.." She sipped her tea again.

"It sure is. I think I should head back to my boundary though, Yako-san." You thanked her. "It was very nice to catch up a bit!"

"Yes, it was." She got up and waited for you to do so as well before walking you to the boundary's entrance. "I'd appreciate it if you came back soon."

"That'd be a promise by me then!" You smiled and gave her a hug. Feeling her tense up, you let go and waved before heading out of her boundary.

"I love you, (y/n).." Yako murmured to herself as she watched you leave, the warmth of your body still lingering on hers.
