Reality

We were all a child once (or still is). We all had dreams. When we were young we all had something to dream about. Something like a huge house, tons and tons of money, a family of our own, a significant other, perfect jobs and all of that nice stuff. We would say that we'll study hard and do what it takes to achieve this or that;

But that's not how reality works. Things might go crashing down in front of you. This happens to a lot of people where the things that you've been working on, are breaking apart and you can't do anything about it.

 Poverty is one of the problems our country has. People living in unstable conditions some of them doesn't even get the chance to show their gifts or pursue what they love because they're too busy trying to provide for their families.

Now with the pandemic people are struggling to make money (although some places are giving out free food for the people in need which is really great). Some people's loved ones are dying, local businesses are shutting down, just a lot of really bad stuff.

The ones I feel really bad for are the stray animals and elderly homeless people. I see so many stray animals on our street and there is so much terrible people who harms these poor animals. I remember seeing a stray cat that appears to have been splashed with boiling water. It really makes my sad and disappointed seeing that there are people that lower than dirt that would do that to a living creature.

There was this stray cat that I used to feed for about half a year. I considered her as our pet cat since she always comes back and hangs around our front yard. Then one day I overheard my parents and neighbors talking on our yard. My neighbors ended up putting our cat in a sack and throwing her away. I was furious. My parents seemed sorry for the cat as she was pregnant and she would eat our leftovers. I cried for weeks but seeing as she has never returned, I assumed the worst.
