The gap of silence left in the dining room was palatable. "The awkwardness of that moment was so straight outta a cheesy romantic normie movie," laughed Levi.
"Really not helping matters Leviathan, " Lucifer was aggravated.
Mammon threw his hands behind his silvery locks, and the laugh that came out of him was almost a snort. " I dunno Lucifer,it's kinda funny."
Lucifer shot him a glare, telling him to end the quips.
Satan chimed in, "Well, she should have locked her door. I mean there's only so much privacy one can assume to have. Especially in a house where males outnumber females seven to one. And especially since those seven are Lords of the Devildom."
Beel absently chewed a piece of his pancake and swallowed hard. "I'm sorry you guys. I hope I didn't ruin Lord Diavolo's exchange program. I was getting so hungry by the time I got to her door, I wasn't thinking. "

Lucifer shut his eyes for a moment, trying to stop the stress headache that was trying to form from this morning.
"You shouldn't be apologizing to us Beelzebub. You should try apologizing to Aerith. "
"You're right. I'll set things right when I see her next," Beel said, with a look of determination in his eyes as he threw a fist into his other hand.
"If you can handle even being in the same room with her, before wanting to rip her clothes off and devour her, " Asmodeous chided, with coy grin plastered to his face. Beel exhaled a strained sigh at his brother's comment, recalling the new hunger that had developed deep within him; "R...Right",he replied. And with that being the end of the conversation, Beel left the table and left for RAD.
As the others got up and followed, they all noticed only a handful of bites had taken by Beel from his plate.
"Woah, that really isn't like him. I hope he'll be ok," Belphie muttered, worried for his twin.

Aerith had half ran and slid down the hill from the House of Lamentation, until she got to the sidewalk.
Nearly out of breath, she rounded a corner and stopped to regulate her breathing. How am I supposed to face him ever again. Or any of them for that matter. I'm pretty sure he told all of them what happened upstairs. And I'm pretty sure they didn't need a description of my beached whale of a body. No one needs that image in their head.

Her thoughts were getting the better of her,as she walked in a daze to the academy. Aerith continued on that way until she had scurried through the halls and sat down at her first class. History of the Devildom...she was always interested in history. But, as she huddled over her notebook, her chestnut hair shielding her profile, she felt something hitting her her sweater.

Beel sat diagonally from her near the back of the classroom. While the professor's back was turned to the chalkboard, Beel had been tossing wads of notebook paper at Aerith trying to get her attention. She finally turned in her seat looking Beel head on,and mouthed What to him,as she pushed her glasses up the bridge of her nose.
His eyes looked like that of a sad puppy,as he gestured to the floor at the last wad of paper he had thrown at her.

She looked down and hesitantly picked it up. She tried to quietly get the note back to its original state without drawing attention to herself. The note read -I need to talk to you. Lunch?

Aerith glanced back at him,and dismissively waved her hand at him,as to say she'd talk to him later about it. Then, she continued quietly taking her notes.

Beel let out a small sigh, and began taking notes of his own. His pen would occasionally go into the margins of his notes as he doodled very specific body shapes and Aerith's name.
The class finally came to an end with the sound of the bell. Beel hastily gathered his things hoping to talk to Aerith about lunch. But, as he looked up, she was already out of the class, and in the midst of throngs of students going to their next classes.

"She's pretty quick ", he thought,as he tried to locate her. Although he failed to do so. He figured he'd see her third period in the Spells and Enchantment class they had together. And it was right before lunch too,so they should be able to talk a little. He smiled, though it was only a half of one as he ran a hand through his mussed orange hair and went to his next class.
Technically, it wasn't really class. It was study hall. But, that's how his curriculum end up being for the semester at RAD.
He sat down at one of the long tables and hoisted his bag onto the surface with thud. He turned and started looking at the vending machines against the wall. He inserted Grimm into the two machines and grabbed himself diet soda and bag of Flaming Hot Centipede fries and returned to his seat.
As he opened his fries and popped one in his mouth,Solomon slid into the seat next to him. Belphie showed up a second later, sliding into a seat across from them.

"Hey guys", Beel greeted not so enthusiastically. Solomon slicked back his hair,"So, I heard what happened between you and Aerith",he smiled.
Beelzebub shot a glare to Belphie. "Hey!! Don't look at me. I didn't say anything",he defended with a yawn, as scratched his forehead.
Beel look back at Solomon. "Then..."
He was cut off with Solomon answering, "It was Asmo." Beel huffed, and retorted, "I should have known. Anything remotely having to do with lust, sex or innuendo he just can't keep it to himself. "
"Well, it might not be a bad thing that he told me, " the sorcerer shrugged his shoulders as he tapped his index finger on the table.

Beelzebub rubbed his hands over his face. "I'm not sure what to do. She hasn't spoken to any of us,or barely looked at me since it happened. I told her I needed to talk to her at lunch. Ya know? So, I could apologize. And she barely acknowledged the note with a wave of her hand. And I don't know if she'll even talk to me at lunch. "
Belphie had his head resting in his palm,as he tiredly nodded his head listening to his twins woes.

Solomon looked around the classroom to make sure there were no prying ears to their conversation. " I can help you."he stated, folding his hands together.

"What's your price?", Beelzebub asked skeptically. Solomon feigned shock,"Frankly, I'm a little insulted that you would assume such a thing. " "Well, where magic is involved with witches and warlocks, there's always some kind of price",Beel justified.
Solomon couldn't deny he was right,as he shook his head in agreement. "You are right Beelzebub. But not this time. Consider this one a freebie. "

"What could you do to help?," he asked, still not sure.
" We could do a scrying spell. To see who she's talking to and where she's going,if she intends to try to avoid you the whole year."
Beel shook his head. "No...I...I don't want to spy on her or stalk her. I don't think that would help. Is there anything else?"
"Well, that was the simplest solution I could think of. Anything else is going to take a little time. I do have a potion I can cook up. It would get her to set aside any misgivings or insecurities about telling you what is truly on her mind. And we could have this whole sticky mess behind us,with your guy's feelings out on the table. "

Belphie looked between Beel and Solomon. " That would be absolutely wonderful. Then, I might be able to get a full nights sleep without hearing you talk about Aerith in your sleep. " Beel blushed,"What if she doesn't feel the same about me. I don't know if I could handle that."
Solomon and Belphie exchanged bemused looks. "Gimme a break,Beel. Like anyone here at RAD or the house haven't seen how you both act and react around each other. It's so clear cut that both have some sort of feeling for one another, " Solomon pointed out.

"Yeah. I mean I find it odd that you two feel like that. I would have thought it would have been Mammon. Ya know, since he was put on babysitting duty with her and the first one she made a pact with. However, so help me, if you don't do this, I'll do it for you," Belphie remarked in an annoyed and tired tone.

Beel's violet eyes darted between his brother and the sorcerer exchange student. "Yeah..let's do it. How long will it take to get your ingredients together and have it made?," Beel asked.
"Probably a week...two weeks maximum, "he stated. "And if my calculations are correct, Venus and Saturn should be in just the right alignment for the potions full effect by the time I give it to you, "Solomon concluded.
Beelzebub extended his large hand and shook Solomon's vigorously, his smile literally ear to ear. "Thank you. "
