In Turks and Caicos, even though there is one week prior to the upcoming general meeting, every members of the board have brought along individual expectations and goals to fulfill during their term in San Carmelo. Interestingly, Turks and Caicos was the last option to hold such prestigious program. However, Kyrgyzstan was the first choice for the event but an unprecedented scenario has taken place. There was an on-going stand-off against the military bandits invading the city. Nonetheless, the stand-off lasted for a week and its city is under an absolute rehabilitation. In the end, Turks and Caicos was finally chosen to host the activity.
Fortunately, despite the potential tension which might occur in Turks and Caicos, there is an implemented tight security measures within the boundaries of the city. In fact, various news networks are present to cover the assembly program which will last for a week and a half to lay down the foundations which will be ascribed as a progressive economic development of Kartilla de Andalucia. Afterwards, Ephraim is asked on what will happen to Kartilla de Andalucia once the charitable institutions are eliminated. He replies with uncertainty for a reason he is the main person behind the scenario which will take place. Hence forth, he feels his entire being has been offended especially when the question was asked to him. However, as his plan to disguise he does not know about it, he replied those charitable institutions are very important in a particular nation especially when turmoil [either in an economic aspect or in a political aspect] happens. Those said institutions are the secondary foundations are vital on uplifting and fuelling the morale and the psyche of an individual. Then, Lucero is asked about her reaction on the sudden elimination of Via Dolorosa from the roster of independent companies under San Carmelo. In response to the question, Lucero calmly answers by telling them there is a valid reason why everything takes place. More so, it simply manifests Lucero intends to really equalize things and to balance their thoughts and emotions with regards to their response to every circumstance. Finally, to continue with the conducted interview, Jesy is asked about her sentiments on what will they do once Matnog will sink in the middle of its operating hours. Unfortunately, she has been too taciturn and begins to think very long especially she has been convicted for a reason they are the people behind Via Dolorosa. As a consequence of the question, she feels so violated after being asked with a kind of question. Just like Patricio, Jesy answered the question very well. She responded Matnog might be diverted to another direction in order to reach its destination just to be saved from sinking. Perhaps, she foresees the harbor will be congested especially when people are going to be in a vacation to its nearby nations. Consequently, they are caught unaware especially when those questions are addressed to them.
