Before k was born, he had a choice of two books. A white one and a black one. This would determine his quirk. He picked the black one since, in his eyes, white would get dirty easily. Little did he know this choice would change his life forever.
K was born on January 15 just as a storm hit. He was a healthy baby... his sister didn't quite make it though. They were twins but synth didn't make it. K's mum was devistated though she had k. K's mum worked as a pro hero, his dad being in the airforce so he wasn't home much.
K's mum died of pneumonia when k was 4, leaving him home alone most of the time. He was one to take a disregard for the rules so he often left the house to explore. K had an awful hatred for his father since, In his eyes, he killed his mum. At this point in time he was going by the name kageyanta, which would in the next year be shortened to k. No where except his birth certificate had his real name. Everywhere it was just the simple letter k. Not even his last name, nothing.
